6)- ROOFING AND CEILING WORKS:- Providing and fixing eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles having Tegular edge & 15 mm Thick Densified edges on the Tile Periphery for Extra Strength The Light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have , light reflection 85% non-combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity0.043° w/m KC.for the best thermal Insulation . Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

9)-MISCELLANEOUS WORKS:- Providing and fixing Toilet cubical made up of thermosetting resign treated high pressure ,self- supporting decorative compact laminates with permanently incorporate anti-bacterial agents during manufacturing . Compact board should be resistance to water immersion through permissible increase on thickness and mass <0.60% and board density >1.35kg/cm3 and fulfilled the criteria of FSC and green guard gold certification and manufactured under EN438-2&3:2005 standard. 12mm thick compact board should be Moisture resistant, Impact resistant, termite resistant ,Scratch resistant ,Weather and climatic shock resistant. Finish of compact laminates should be suede finish which includes door, pilasters and intermediate panels finished with approved texture/shades as per IS2046 and fulfilled the criteria of fire retardant under BS- 476/97 and EN438-6 with classification of BS1D0 standard. Pilaster to be supported with SS(grade316) adjustable foot and intermediate panels will attached to the wall with the help of approved SS (grade316) channels and all required hardware, made up of stainless steel asThe top fitting should consist of SS round top rail which will get fixed with pilaster, with SS panel tube holder ,SS corner bend (connected with top rail ) will be use in corner of cubical in absence of brick wall, SS wall fixing is used only on the wall which will hold the SS top rail. All screw will of 304 grade in SS with stain finish. All pilasters are supported by SS bottom cladding . The base of the stainless steel bottom cladding will be anchored to the floor with a clearance height upto 150 mm.Finish and colour of Toilet cubical should be approved under guidance of engineer-in- charge. • Toilet cubical with standard dimension of 2025 mm(H) x 900mm(W) x 1500mm(Depth), which includes 600mm door size width • Toilet cubical I- shape(front partition) with standard dimension of 2025mm(H) x 900mm (W)

Providing & fixing Urinal Modesty Panels made of 12 mm thick compact laminated board of approved texture/shade having standard dimension of 1200 mm Height x 450 -500 mm Width and made as per IS 2046 (Indian Standard) and as per fire retardant BS-476/97 standard and should be heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch and impact resistant . The product should have Green Guard Certificate. Including all accessories as per approval and direction of Engineer- in-Charge .Modesty panels will be fixed to the wall at an height of 500-600mm from the floor with 304 grade SS right angle bracket, 34 grade SS Screws with satin finish & Wall Plugs. The work includes all accessories, machineries, tools etc., complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

10)-WATERPROOFING :- A)-RAFT/FOOTING :- Supplying and installing minimum 1.2mm thick self-adhesive HDPE membrane, having puncture resistance of >800N (as per ASTM E 154) and hydrostatic head resistance not less than 60m head of water (ASTM D 5385).The system should be fully bonded to the RCC and consists of highly resilient HDPE film, a pressure sensitive -adhesive layer which is covered by a weather proof protective layer .The membrane shall have minimum of 75mm side and end laps which shall be sealed with double sided adhesive tape. The size of the membrane should not be less than 2.4Mtr. x 20 Mtr. to minimize the joints. No Protection Required for Fully Bonded HDPE Membrane Allowing Faster Constructions. The entire waterproofing treatment should be guaranteed by the principal manufacturer as a system, for ten years and the work should be executed as per manufacturer commendations, all in accordance to technical specification as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

B)- TOILETS/SUNKEN TOILET Minor cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks and making angle fillets all around the periphery with polymer modified mortar using SBR latex. Supplying & applying 2 coats of Acrylic cementitious coating with an elongation of >40%@ 0.6-0.7 sq mtr per kg in two coats in the sunken areas & extending it up to 300 mm above the finished floor level achieving a uniform thickness of 1.0mm . This includes laying of a 150mm wide strip of an open woven glass fiber mesh over the angle fillets on the 1st coat while it is still wet Supplying & laying a protective plaster in 15mm thickness in Sand Cement mortar(1:4) admixed withSBR Latex mixed compound, all in accordance to techincal specification as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

C)- TERRACE Supplying and apply single component cold applied polyurethane elastomeric membrane, having solid content 90% as per ASTM C836,elongation at break of 400% ASTM D-612, hardness 75 shoreA, as per ASTM D2240 @1 kg/m2, brush applied waterproofing coating, Providing & Laying a protection layer of 200 gsm geo-textile membrane with an overlap of 50mm over the waterproofing membrane.

FRISKING BOOTH Supplying and placing Frisking Booth, comprising of 18mm thick Particle board at all sides of cabin of approved make confirming to IS code 3087:2005 or other relevant IS codes , 50x50 mm framework of salwood, 4mm veneer board of approved make fixed over particle board on both sides of the booth by using of adhesive of approved quality, stainless steel rod of 20mm dia fixed at top of rare and front ends of cabin with curtains, all complete as per design/drawing in the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

INFORMATION DESK Providing and fixing in position Information Desk, comprising of 12mm thick plywood of approved makes, confirming to IS 303 : 1989 or other relevant IS codes, framing of salwood, solid acrylic surface is fixed over plywood by using adhesive of approved quality at countertop, sides of desk as shown in the drawing including all necessary cutouts for electrical, fixtures, fittings etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
