Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection etc laid in bays including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in bonding/locking of edges of interlocking tiles including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered on edges and threating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors/Pavement or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L Rubber Moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber Moulded Chequered coloured tile size 300x300x20 mm using table vibrator or equivalent as in jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and included 15 mm screed cement mortar (1:6) and pigment size conforming and dismantling old floor tile complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ' B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.
