Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means based on (Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas exceeding 30 cm in depth. 1.5mm in widh as well 10 sqqm. On plan ivcluding getting out and disposal of excavated earth leads upto 50 mm and lift upto 1.5 mtr. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plated 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 1.5 :3 . ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand and : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation, footing, basis of columns and the like mass concrete including plinth beams and columns upto plinth level complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and jointing testing & placing in position of GMS pipes (MC) of following dia. complete in all 150mm dia complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provisions for plugging the pipe with flanged and plugs complete with gasket & screws etc. with FT-5

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15 cm. Layers in foundation and plinths including ramming watering and consoildatig upto a lead of 20 mtr. And lift upto a 1.5 mtrs. (pick work)

Provisions fo Soil investigation, Design and Drawing etc. complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
