Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts coconut or plam trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with coconut keeth coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood plant for working, inspection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintenance and removing the same on completion of the work 1sq,ft.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting to a full depth with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 m etc., complete (SS 20B) as directed by the Dept, Officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant std specification including cost of supplying filling M-sand.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement five of M-sand and ten of HBG jelly )for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water where ever necessary ramming curing etc.,complete as per Std, Specification and as directed by the Dept, Officers

Providing and laying position,Standardised concrete mi M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of M-sand ,but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors,finishing,curing, etc, complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Centering for sides and soffits of Rcc slabs of plain surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M hight using MS sheets of size 90cmx60cm and BG 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak (C.W) joists of size 10x6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina prop. 10cm to 13cm dia ( spaced of 75cm c/c) complying with standard specification and directed by the Dept, Officers. 10 sq.m.

Brick work in LIME Mortar 1:2 using country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Plastering withLime mortar 1:1.5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying & fixing ornamental Teak wood temple type door with 1.20mx1.80m with two leafs asper the drawing approval by the departmental officers .The outer frames are four horizantal and two vertical of 10cmx5cm scantlings shutter frames are 10cmx5cm scantlings. Theeach shutter have 1.80m height .The panels shall have 1.80m thick best and approved quality of teak wood planks.The shutter shall have twoleafs of equal size and openable.The shutter shall have teak wood planks of 40mm thickand finished with carving works of aprooved pattern with skilled carpender as directed by the departmental officers .The rate including cost of best quality of teak wood . brass hinges,tower bolt,aldrop.locking arrangements .The door frame and shutters shall give two coats of best aproved quality of lac polishing approved quality complete complying with stadard specification

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. Painting two coat with approved water based Exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification. -10 Sq.m

Paving with cut stone flooring using cut stone of size600x600mm and 100mm thick and all the sides are machine cutting, top surface is neatly dressed and pointing with lime mortar 1:1.5 including all materials and labour charges.

Water washing the stone surfaces restoration by providingwater jet wash using appropriate methodology with lite tespal liquid ammonia to restore the originalities of the existing granite structure inclusive of hire charges of all tools and plants employed, scaffolding arranements, conveyence harge of all materials to site and labour forwork etc.,completed as per standard specification.
