Demolition of cement concrete tiles, terracing tiles or brick tiles of any description, single layer on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed including removal to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material, debris & demolished concrete of any description to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting pointdirected complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bed plates, benchings, kerbs, water trought & the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating, etc., including use and waste of form work, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floor by applying oil bound bituminuous primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm and providing 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membarane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/sqm reinforced with non polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/5cm and 350N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively, reinforcement tearing strength of 180 N, laid over sunken slab and bonded to the sub strata by heat process by flame torch application & including minimum 10 cm side over lap, sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china water closet Orissa pattern of size 580 x 450mm with P or S trap of size 110/110mm including provn of lime concrete bedding complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs plastic water closet seat, white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap 75mm dia, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement to the existing pipe and including dismantling floor finishes, subbase of any size and type and making good the damaged portion with PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 and finishing the top surface to match with existing floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore mild steel galvanised tubing with all fittings and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and refixing in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore mild steel galvanised tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down old steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Gl fittings and supply and fix new Gl fittings such as elbow, elbow reducer 20mm to 15mm bore, Tee, Tee reducer 20mm to 15mm bore, union, socket, nipple etc to existing Gl pipe of 15mm bore dia (Only fittings shall be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable Gl fittings and supply and fix new Gl fittings such as elbow, elbow reducer 25mm to 20mm bore, Tee, Tee reducer 25mm to 20mm bore, union, socket, nipple etc to existing Gl pipe of 20mm bore dia (Only fittings shall be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position for tank capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and directed.
