REPAIR / MAINT OF DG SETS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT NTS, NAD, DAD, MARCOS, CHOULDHARI, PROTHRAPUR, FILTRATION PLANT AND PORT MOUT UNDER AGE E/M-II OF GE MINNIEBAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

M & L for Inspection and carrying out B-Checks of DG Set Once in 300 Hours of run or 6 months whichever is earlier installed at various locations by Authorised OEM of the DG Set of capacity 500 KVA including inspection, maintenance, changing lub oil filters, fuel filters, by pass filter and water filter and servicing of DG Sets for routine check-up including routine / preventive maintenance checks, checking up of engine and alternator for the smooth functioning as per the Manufacturer’s instructions including checking of Engine Oil Level, Draining Sediments from Fuel Tank, checking of Pre Cleaner Dust Pan, Air Cleaner Restriction, Coolant Level, Recording Oil Pressure, Checking / Tightening of all Bolts / Nuts of Engine and Alternator, checking of AVM Pads, Diaphragm Coupling, Air Piping, check / adjust Belts, checking Battery Voltage, Water Level and checking Fan Hub and Water Pump, cleaning of electrical connections, checking of safety controls, cleaning of Engine including cleaning of Air Filter, Screws etc. and draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including tightening of all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as detoriated clamp, screws, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Contractor have to submit letter of Authoried OEM and take approval from Engr-in-charge.The B Check includes carrying out preventive maintenance including replacing lub oil filters, fuel filters, fuel water seperator, by pass filter and coolant filter to keep the DG set for trouble free functioning. The rate quoted is deemed to be including all the minor spares such as screws, clips,washers, etc. The engine oil and coolant will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant items of this schedule. (b) Supply of Engine oil and Coolant shall be supplied and paid seperately from relevant schedule item.

Attending the breakdown of any capacity/make DG Sets, AMF Panels by Technician & helper for checking all components and rectify the fault and give report to concern JE complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Spare Parts for rectify the fault is measured and paid seperately.

M & L for supply, fixing of Air filter of 500 KVA DG set all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Cummins
