MANNING AND OPERATION OF DG SETS OF VARIOUS CAPACITIES AT AMU NODE INF SCHOOL MUSUEM AND 33 11 KV SWITCH YARD AT TOP II MAIN RECEIVING STATION UNDER GE MIS MHOW

Manning and operation of 05 Nos DG Sets of capacity 01 x 100 KVA, 01 x 380 KVA, 01 x 160 KVA, 01 x 320 KVA & 01 x 500 KVA alongwith connected control panels and equipment round the clock in three shifts of eight hrs from 0600hrs to 1400hrs, 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 2200hrs to 0600hrs by deploying one high skilled operator in each shift including operation of DG Sets in case of electric power failure and maintaining of log sheets at Inf School complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of 04 Nos DG Set of capacity 1 x 180 KVA and 3 x 75 KVA alongwith connected control panels and equipment round the clock in three shifts each of eight hrs from 0600hrs to 1400hrs, 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 2200hrs to 0600hrs by deploying one high skilled operator in each shift including operation of DG Sets in case of elect power failure and maintaining the log sheets at AMU Node complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Manning and operation of 01 Nos DG Set of capacity 1 x 100 KVA alongwith connected control panels and equipment in One shift, from 0800hrs to 1600hrs, by deploying one high skilled operator in each shift including operation of DG Sets in case of elect power failure and maintaining the log sheets at Museum of Inf School complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item No 1, 2 & 3 :- 1. The operator must be a skilled FGM subject to ITI qualified in appropriate trade or fiver years of experience in concerned operation field and fully conversant to maintenance and operation /handling of DG sets and electrical switchgears. 2. The operator must adhere with the dress code as directed. 3. The operator has to attend the telephone and maintain the record. 4. The operator must be smart in conversation and well behaved. 5. The contractor is responsible to the following :- (a) Maintenance of Batteries and battery charger (The cost of distled water and electrolite and other materials required for maintanance of batteries is deemed to be included in the quoted rate) (b) Collection of FOL (Fuel, oil and lubricants) from AGE E/M No 1 FOL Store for maintenance and operation of DG Set. (Transport will be provided by the deptt) (c) Cleaning and upkeep of DG set/AC Plant installation and surrounding area if not found satisfactorily Penal recovery of 500/- per day will be charged. (d) The DG sets are installed in scattered locations in the compound of Inf School, AMU Node, & Inf Musuem. The contractor's operator must be smart to maintain and operation of all DG Sets and keep their records.

Manning and operation of 33/11 KV Sub Station including all switch gears installed at TOP II, Karbala Power House, Mhow round the clock in three shifts (each of eight hours) from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs" including maintenance of Daily Log Sheets of all 33 and 11 KV feeders :-

The details of assets are as under:- (a) Power Transformer 33/11 KV, 1200 KVA - 01 No (b) Power Transformer 33/11 KV, 1250 KVA - 01 No (c) Power Transformer 33/11 KV, 3150 KVA - 01 No (d) APFC Transformer 33/0.433 KV, 750 KVA - 01 No (e) Stn Transformer 33/0.433 KV, 50 KVA - 01 No (f) Distr Transformer 11/0.433 KV, 250 KVA - 01 No (g) Distr Transformer 11/0.433 KV, 500 KVA - 01 No (g) 33 KV Grid 8 pole structure along with VCB, AB Switch, CT, PT, control panels and other accessories complete - 03 Sets (h) 33 KV 4 pole structure along with VCB, AB swiches, MPSEB metering unit with complete accessories - 01 Set (j) 11 KV incoming VCB Panel with complete accessories - 03 sets (k) 11 KV out going VCB Panel with complete accessories - 08 Nos (l) LT Distr Panel with complete accessories - 03 Sets (m) LT APFC Panel with complete accessories - 01 Sets (n) 11 KV AB Switches mounted on Two or Four Pole Structure with connected accessories - 08 Sets (o) Battery bank consisting of 4 x 12V, 190 AH batteries and accessories - 01 set

Manning and operation of 33/11 KV Sub Station including all switch gears installed at TOP II, Karbala Power House, Mhow round the clock in three shifts 3 helpers (each of eight hours) from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs" and asist the Item No 1 above including maintenance of TOP -II, and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for item No 5 & 7 :- 1. The operator must be a skilled Elect with ITI qualified in appropriate trade or five years experience and fully conversant to maintenance and operation of HT Elect 33/11 KV swith gears and equipments. 2. The operator must adhere with the dress code including gumboot, safty equipments as directed. 3. The operator must be skilled to attend the telephone calls and maintain the record. 4. The operator must be smart in conversation and well behaved. 5. The contractor is responsible for the following :- (a) Maintenance of Batteries and battery charger (The cost of distled water and electrolite and other materials required for maintanance of batteries is deemed to include the quoted rate) (b) Cleaning and upkeep of complete installation premises and equipments. (c) Replacement of drop out fuse on structures in the installation to restore elect supply of 33/11 KV. (d) Cleaning and upkeep of TOP-II Sub station installation and surrounding area if not found satisfactorily as per direction Engr-in-charge/GE penal recovery of Rs 500/- per day will be charged. (e) Contractor provided torch and othetr connected item for smooth functioning of installation.

Notes :- For all Items of BOQ ; If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i.e. 31.65 Lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of finacial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e. 31.65 Lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. The said Amt deposited by the lowest bidder will be released after two months of certified completion of work.
