Restoration of Road Cut for laying of Water Supply Pipe Line on Patti Khem Karan Road and Patti Tarn Taran Road (MDR-62) in District Tarn Taran.

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 Excavation with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting trimming bottom with side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including all lifts and combined lead up to 30 mtr.

Construction of Shoulder with good quality earth obtained from borrow pits including compensation of earth, loading, unloading, carriage to site of work, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per technical clause 3003 of MORT&H specifications.

Re filling earth work at all respect

Construction of granular sub-base by providing material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm complete as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulusion RS at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications For DBM

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5%, laying with a Paver Finisher Mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 505 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulusion RS at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications For BC

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm to 45mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4%, laying with a Paver Finisher Mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORT&H specifications.
