Demolition of brick work, stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 CM complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 2 but except bricks

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 4 but except stones

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 6 above but except bricks

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc .including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on on fair faces of brickwork/ stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.
