Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as on walls.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing even and fair without using extra cement as on walls with using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately as supply only.

M&L for two coats of plastic emulsion paint (interior) over a coat of primer over and including 2mm wall care putty after preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls.

S&F for powder coated auminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605 mm for false celing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6.

S&F for anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for door, windows, ventilators, partition wall etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing and other section of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including neccessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of power coating 50 micron) door shutter, aluminium section weight 0.55 Kg/m including neccesary joining cleats, glazing clips,rubber neoprene packing, handle 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screw etc. complete all as specified.

Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming , wire brushing including removing the debris from site to outside MOD land.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed on concrete surface on roof in cement plaster 1:4 including finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement and using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified.

M&L for APP based modified pre fabricated five layers water proofing membrane of 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric mat with 160 gm/Sqm black finished with compatible primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 ltr/ sqm and bonding material 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm before laying membrane laid by torch application method with side overlap 75 mm and overlap of 100 mm longtitudinally, at the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of 20mm x 20mm shall be made at the height of 100 mm and membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminious mastic with joints/overlap sealed with hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to parapet wall/kerbs in roof with projection of 50mm from the outer surface with a groove of 12 mm x 12mm as drip course in bottom side including necessary form work complete.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable laid and tested complete.

Excavtion in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum and getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified.

S&F for mild steel work as in band, straps, supports, or stays incuding bolts if required, hooks(stay), heavy, for large gate, hook and pintel hinges large hasps and staples. plain angle cleats for securing purlings or rafter, knee piece inserts two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 all as specified and direted.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly or previously untreated surface of steel and steel work of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described all as specified.

M&L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of guage exc 63mm but n.exc 100mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thickness, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finishing even and fair surface without using extra cement.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the debris from site to outside MOD land.
