Renovation of Outer Surface of Sadar Hospital Building (8 Storey), Ranchi

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing &Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based texture of Dholpur/Red sand stone patter with anti algae and Uv resistace properties to be aapplied as intermediate fiish in desired pattern @ 43.04 kg/s10 sqm to form film of 1-1.5mm thickess after scrapping and propperly cleaning the surace to remove loose particles from the plaster surface,followed by top coating with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade by two or more cots @ 1.43 litre/10sqm,complete as the direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system(cup lock type) on the exterior sidie of buildig/structure,upto 25metre height above ground level,including additional rows of scafffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site,made with 40mm dia M.S.tube placed 1.5metre centre to centre,horizotal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with .S.tubes,M.S.tube challis M.S.clamps and staircase system in the scaffoldig for working platform etc.and maintaining it in a serviceable conditio for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings.runners,connecting with the buildig etc.wherever required,if feasible for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of E/I.Note(1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be meaured for payment purpose(2)The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works

Providing and fixing scafolding net of required width made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines havig density 100 gram/sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/for vertical extension as per requirment including fastening/tying with building/scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc.complete as per direction of E/I(one tie payment shall be made for providig scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shiffing if any .The scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work)

Providing,assembling and supplying vision glass panels(IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12-6mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specificed,comprising of an outer ;heat strengthered float glass 6mm thick,of approved colour kand kshade with reflective soft coating on surface#2 of approved colour and shade,an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6mm thick,spacer tube 12mm wide,dessicants,including primary seal and secondary seal(structural silicone sealant) etc.all complete for the rrequired performances,as per the Architectural drawings,as per the approved shop drawings,as specififed and as directed by the E/I. TheIGUs shall be assembled in the factory/workshop of the glass processor.(payment for ffixing of IGUpanels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item no 25.2).For payment,only the actural area of glass on face#1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant)provided and fixed in position,shall be measured in sqm

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Gang saw cut mirror polished, pre molded and pre polish machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters windows sills, facias and similar locations of required size approved shade,colour and , texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) joints treated with white cement ,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups ,including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Supplying, fitting and fixing collapsible gate of approved size and make properly fabricated with vertical double channels 20 x 10 x 2mm at 100mm centers and braced with M.S. flat diagonals 20 x 3mm with top and bottom rails of T.iron 40 x 40 x 6mm with 38mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, car riage, hoisting and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast Reinforced cement concrete in shelves, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat,preparation of surface etc.complete job.(on concrete work)

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade of: New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43ltr/10sqmm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm))
