Laying of 400mm dia HDPE pipe line from Existing STP to Sanathkuma River for Discharging of Effluent Water

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches having bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipes for water supply and sewerage works in the following type of soils as directed by Departmental officers.Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil.SS20B

Supply and delivery of 400mm dia HDPE pipes for sewerage PE 100 PN 6 conforming to IS : 14333/1996 (amended in 2009) including cost of materials and transporting charges etc., completed as directed by departmental engineers.

Lowering of 400 mm dia HDPE pipes and specials to trenchand laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the departmental engineers

Supply and delivery HDPE specials for 400mm dia 90 degree bend as per IS 8360/1977/Part I(Reaffirmed 1992) Part II and III (Reaffirmed 2002) including cost of materials and transporting charges etc., completed as directed by departmental engineers

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard speHDPEfication for filling in foundation and basement.

Jointing HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by Departmental officers .

Construction of Thrust block as per standared design drawing - including cost of all materials including earth work excavation, PCC, cost of reinforcement, shutering and plastering HDPE ng the same above or below ground level as directed by the Departmental officers.

Barricading work (Where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by Departmental Engineers

Excavating of driving pit and receiving pit of size 3.00m (length) x 3.50m (breadth), depth upto 5m in all soil strata including shoring and strutting using 6mm tk MS Plate of size 3.50m x 3.50m usable for 15 operations and providing 16mm thickness MS plate of size 3.00m x 3.50m with 100mm x100mm x 12mm angles of 4m length for holding the MS plates for Thrust arrangements to receive the impacts during pushing operation of encasing pipe. Lowering the following size of MS encasing pipe by using Contractor’s crane and machineries and jointing MS pipes by welding, across the National Highways/ State Highways/ Railways/Canal crossing etc.and driving the horizontal bore by pushing / jacking method (trenchless technology method) using contractor’s machineries such as cranes, jacks, jacking materials, generator,welding machineries, compressor, jackhammer and other equipments etc. without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of traffic or any other vehicles,without any disturbances to the railway/ road/canal formation etc. including bailing / pumping of water where ever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply pipeline/telephone cable, electric cables etc. passing nearby area and scooping the earth inside the pipes and pit and depositing the surplus earth in a convenient place and leveling the site after completion of entire work as directed by Departmental Engineers.The rate includes the cost of driving pit,thrust bed/wall and receiving pit excluding the cost of MS pipes.

Supply and Delivery of MS pipes of preferred dimensions ranging from 168.30mm OD to 2540mm OD having 2.6mm to 25mm thickness as per Table- 5 of IS 3589/2001 fabricated with Fe410 grade steel conforming to IS 3589:2001 and other allied codes.Pipes shall be internally lined with plant applied cement mortar lining 1:2, The Lining thickness range from 6 mm to 12 mm for 168.3 mm OD to 2540 mm OD as per Table -8 of IS 3589:2001Pipes shall be externally coated with plant applied CM 1:3, minimum 20mm thick includingreinforcement as per clause A-9 of Annex-A of IS 3589:2001.Fabricating ,testing,supply , delivering of MS pipes spiral / longitudinal welding including transportation.
