Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating Each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supply and Filling approved earth Brought From Outside MOD Land , 1 Km in layers not exceeding 20 cms thick., at all heights and depths, in foundation pits, trenches, around structures and foundations, under floors and other places, including dressing and levelling, watering, compacting etc. complete as per drawings, specifications. (The measurement for payment shall be made as per drawings after deducting 5% for voids).

CHAPTER-II PLAIN & REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth level. (a)1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform & small arches up to span 3.0 m.

Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. (a)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and trasported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

CHAPTER-III FLOORING WORK

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix: 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. (a)18mm thick

CHAPTER-IV STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a)In gratings, frame, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar work

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a)Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. (a)Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

CHAPTER-V FINISHING WORK

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadE : (a)Two or more coats on new work

White washing with lime to give an even shade : (a) New work (three or more coats)

CHAPTER-VI: STEEL DOOR

Supply and fixing of factory made steel door of size 1.0m x 2.1 m, Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick grained galvanised steel sheet (18 gauge). Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. All confirming to IS 277 as per manufacturer specification, shop drawings and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

CHAPTER-VII: WATER PROOFING

Providing and applying Levelling layer with Geo Textile of 500 gsm confirming to the properties specified in relevant European codes & Specifications etc., all complete.

Providing and applying PVC- Polymeric Membrane 2mm thick confirming to the characteristics required for use in construction of UG Structures like Physical and Chemical properties specified in the relevant codes for ultimate tensile strength, elongation, impact strength, puncture resistance, hydrostatic pressure resistance, tear resistance, resistant to static punching(CBR), resistance to oxidation, Root resistance and Fire behaviour as per EN 13491 to achieve water tightness of Class-I ie., complete dry (No moist parts on the dry part of the tunnel surface permitted). Including cost of fixing and fixtures as specified by the manufacturer and at locations as shown in drawings and as per technical specification etc., all complete.

MAINS AND SUB MAINS WIRING

Supply and fixing 25mm dia steel conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make: AKG, Prince or equivalent.

Supply and fixing of 25mm dia steel junction box / terminal of four way complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 1100V grade XLPE Insulted FRLS Copper Conductor Cables of following sizes laid in existing Pipes/Trench/cable Tray etc. in an approved manner as per Specifications and as directed by engineer in charge. The cable shall conform to IS 7098/ Part I.

CHEMICAL EARTHING SYSTEM

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of wall mounted eathing grid plate dually certified for "Zone 5" earthquake. Earthing grid plate admeasuring 1200X100X8mm provided 20X5 mm round threaded Copper/Brass studs enclosed in a 2mm thick CRCA sheet with locakable Front door. Suitable size of stainless steel nuts and washers/spring washers shall also be provided for the earthing connections. The studs shall be affixed at a pitch of 75mm in Two staggered rows as shown in the drawings.
