REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT SWITCHGEAR LT UG CABLE OF DIFFERENT SIZE AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE EM II IN GE C KIRKEE

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and exc. 1.5 mtr but n. exc 3.0 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand/fine dust cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of and 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying precast concrete LT cable cover, class LV, type flat , size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface Excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and avaraging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing hardcore of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish (Two colour combination ) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cuhsion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone sett paving laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar of any description or thickness completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded agg) as in sub base for stone sett paving complete all as specified and directed upto 100 mm thick finished even and fair all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250 mm long ,150 to 200 mm wide and 150 mm deep and sides dressed, bedded in cement mortar 1:3 joints 20 mm thick ; grouted in cemnt mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor harder 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item no 13.00 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing 20mm thich to stone sett paving any decription in cement mortar 1:3 with an admixture of metallic floor harder 5% by weight of cement all as specified an directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of debris ( concrete, broken stone etc.) to out side defence land (distance exceeding 1.5 KM but 5KM from the site ) an depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and errect in true vertical position LT electric pole, Octogonal Pole, hot deep galvanised, with base plate of 220x220x12 mm thick, 07 Mtrs Long, top dia 70mm, bottom dia- 135mm, thickness of sheet- 3 mm, including Single arm GI bracket, inbuilt cable junction box with door, connection plate, MCB 6A, duly connecting existing LT UG cable, cable lugs, including necessary earth work and PCC foundation as per manifacturers instructions complete including dismantling of old pole any type and removing from site all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj /Crompton/Phillips as approved by GE. Note: Earth work, PCC foundation and necessary fittings all as per manufacturer instruction and rate quoted by the bidded is deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply and errect in true vertical position LT electric pole, Octogonal Pole, hot deep galvanised, with base plate of 220x220x12 mm thick, 08 Mtrs Long, top dia 70mm, bottom dia- 135mm, thickness of sheet- 3 mm including Single arm GI bracket, inbuilt cable junction box with door, connection plate, MCB 6A, duly connecting existing LT UG cable, cable lugs, including necessary earth work and PCC foundation as per manifacturers instruction complete including dismantling old pole any type and removing from site all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Earth work, PCC foundation and necessary fittings all as per manufacturer instruction and rate quoted by the bidded is deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply and errect in replacement true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm of size 300mm X300mm finial taper plug,pole cap,bolts,nuts and washers screws,pole made out of ERW MS tubing as per IS-1161 and pole shall be as per IS-2713 Part II type 410 SP-31 (9.00 Mtrs Long) complete including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bitumenous paint for portion embedded in concrete complete including dismantling old pole and removing from site all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and earth work ,PCC in foundation /plinth block/coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing heat shrinkable Straight through joint , with including jointing materials and necessary earth work suitable for 1100 V , XLPE LT cable of size 25-50 sqmm , 3.5/4 core , all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying , jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of following size:-

10 Sqmm 2 core

16 Sqmm 4 core

25 Sqmm 4 core

70 Sqmm 3.5 core

Note for Item No 22.01 to 22.06: (i) During excavation for laying of cable, any damage to the existing services will be made serviceable by contractor, without any extra cost to the government within 24 hrs of notifyingthe same by Engineer in Charge.

S&F tubing 'light grade' galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads complete all as specified and directed of the following bores :-

80 mm bore

50 mm bore

M&L for cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/ along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: GI Pipe will be measured and paid seperately in respective item.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping for pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for spreading evenly stone aggregate of nominal size 40 mm in the Sub Stn area complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge at site.

S&F Gate Light fittings, decorative type, LED 40 Watt, 360 degree indirect light, IP 65 protection all including fixing material on gate posts, connecting to the nearest light point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: Crompton (Cat NO: LPTO-40-CDL) or equivalent fromlist of make as approved by GE.

S&F Energy efficient LED street light fittings, 90 Watt, die-cast aluminium body with power LED and dirver with IP66 protection and 10KV built-in-surge protection device complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Crompton (Cat No: TRP-411-90-57-SL-GL-NSG) or equivalent from list of make as approved by GE.

S&F street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm bore, 1.5 metre long bent to shape as directed, including suitable MS clamp with MS bolts, nuts and washer fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC pole duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC insulated and PVC inner sheathed 3 core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 v grade, connected from street lihgt junction box to fittings all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair /replacment of street light juction box of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm, top hing door type, complete with 4 way connector - 01 No,6 Amps SP MCB - 01 No, fixing fixing on street/security light pole with suitable MS clamp, nut, bolts, washers and water tight polymide cable gland for each connection complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in charge.

S&F LED bollard light fittings, 10 Watt, with IP65 protection, including installation and electric connection to light point all as directed at site. Make: Crompton (Cat No: LBLA1-10-CDL) or equivalent from list of make as approved by GE.

M&L for Insulation floor coating for installations, epoxy resin base, any RAL colour, not less than 3mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Insulation floor coating shall be done as per manufacturers instructions using roller/Trawler.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type Bus Bar LT panel box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication duly powder coated painting, dust and vermin proof and degree of protection as per IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The panel shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate, front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and suitable angle iron mounting base frame at bottom min 0.6 Mtr above ground level incl PCC work.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 6 Sqmm

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT panel box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar of 500 Amps capacity, pre-wired and CPRI approved, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication duly powder coated painting, dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. M&L earthing GI Strip complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR2020-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

M&L for connecting galvanised iron ( GI ) strip 32 X 6 mm, in replacement to the existing earthing to eqpts complete all as specified.
