Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring( light, fan, socket of power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulator, socket, light fitting etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC sheathed PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 V grade multistranded copper conductor in different colour code ISI marked drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size with accessories ISI marked concealed in wall/ ceiling including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC sheathed PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 V grade multistranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly including provision of sunken cast iron/ presed steel terminal box of suitable size with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches/ sockets and regulator etc for one light point/ ceiling fan / exhaust fan/ wall mounted fan/ bell point controlled by one switch one way complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cutting chases, laminated sheet, brass screw, washer will be deeemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L switch piano flush type single pole, one way, 6 Amps, 240 V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F surface mounting universal batten housing made of powder coated CRCA sheet suitable for and upto 1 x 18/20 W, LED tube and taking down existing old unserviceable housing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED tube 18/20W ultra bright LED polycarbonate tube with efficacy minimum 2000 lumens, CCT > 6500K, PF > 0.90 suitable for fitting into exsting/ new batten housing and taking down existing old unserviceable tube complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor will submit the LM-80 and LM-79 report form manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge for approval before incorporating the items in work

S&F LED security light fitting 45 Watt output, warm white CCT > 3000K with IP 66 protection suitable upto 50mm OD holder on existing wall/ bulilding/poles, LED light fitting shall be made up of pressure die case aluminium LM 6 alloy with toughend glass, high power LEDs with efficacy minimum 4500 lumens and secondary lenses with brand name embossed on cover. High power ceramic base, CRI >70, Surge protection of min 5 KV with driver including taking down existing old unserviceable fitting complete. Note:- (i) Luminaries and driver shall be of same make to avoid any dispute and service issue later. (ii) The contractor will submit LM 79 and LM 80 report from manufacturer of min 9000 hrs testing for approval of Engineer-in-Charge before incorporating the items in work.

S&F GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm bore and bent to shape 1.5m long, MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 40mm x 5mm thick and drilling of hole for and including nuts, bolts and washers including painting MS clamps with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/ unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
