Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metres wide and not exc. 1.5 metres in depth for poles, laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.1.00 here-in-before but exc.1.5m depth but not exc 3.00m in depth.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metres above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP 11 KV cables, type 1 with peak, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric cable (in replacement) heavy duty 11 KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened with sound compacted aluminium conductor, conductor screeneding with extruded semi-conducting layers insulation screening with copper tap covers laid up with PVC (ST-2) extruded inner sheathing galvanised steel strip armoured PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)( amended) laid in trenches/ cable duct of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.7.00 here-in-before but size of cable 185 Sqmm, 3 core.

All as per serial item No.7.00 here-in-before but size of cable 240 Sqmm, 3 core.

Taking out/ down faulty serviceable 11 KV, HT UG cable in existing trenches/ duct/ on HT poles of nominal cross section area from 95 to 185 Sqmm, 3 core including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI pipes etc. of any descriptions including segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable covers, GI pipe etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed. Note : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Serviceable cable covers will be kept aside for re-use.

Relaying only old PCC cable cover in trenches for under ground cable protection (Serviceable materials obtained from serial item No.6.00 here-in-before) complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for 80mm dia GI tubing medium grade protection pipe in replacement including all fittings laid in trenchjes or fixed on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for straight through cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.13.00 here-in-before but for straight through jointing kit of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm, 3 core.

All as per serial item No.13.00 here-in-before but for out door end terminal jointing kit of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm 3 core.

All as per serial item No.13.00 here-in-before but for out door end terminal jointing kit of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core.

Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil to achieve the test result as per IE rules with filtration plant including topping up of transformer oil. Note : (i) The filtration of the transformer oil is to be carried out at different sub station of the Dinjan Air Force station. (ii) The report before filtration and after filtration to be submitted by the contractor for approval of GE. (iii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only transformer oil conforming to IS 335 Std for toppping up in distribution transformer duly filtrated under relevant item.

Material and labour for preparation of transformer capacity up to 250 KVA complete including conservator tanks etc surfaces by cleaning agents by spray painting machine and applying two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.19.00 here-in-before but for capacity from 250 to 500 KVA.

Material and labour for disconnecting the pole mounted/ platform mounted outdoor/ indoor type distribution transformer situated at various locations inside various various sub stations rating 11/0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding, dismantling the transformer and accessories , removing insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, taking out the defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewingding burnt HT/ LT coil with existing gauge of copper supper enamelled wire/ copper strips of existing size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, opening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test i.e. IR value, high voltage test, ratio test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for the capacity of transformer from 25 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Copper winding wire/ strips will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (ii) Transformer oil for topping up and filtration will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and reinstallation is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per serial item No. 21.00 here-in-before but for capacity from 150 to 500 KVA.

Supply only DPC copper strips of various gauges of existing specifications for repair and rewinding of transformers under serial item Nos.21.00 & 22.00 primary and secondary coil including necessary class of insulation. Make : ISI marked as approved by GE.

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire of various gauges or existing specifications for repair or rewinding of transformers under serial item Nos. 21.00 & 22.00 primary and secondary coils including necessary class of insulation. Make : ISI marked as approved by GE.

Material and labour for carrying out Lab test for acidity of transformer oil for various transformers and submitting test report on the format complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the distribution transformers outdoor/ indoor type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully at site only by draining out transformer oil upto HT/ LT boxes for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 25 to 500 KVA transformer, refilling the transformer oil and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT system after the leakages have been rectified and tested on available electric load complete all as directed. Note: Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification.

Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV of existing specification.

Supply and fix in replacement for explosion vent diaphragm of suitable sizes to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for breather assembly transperant plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/ 20/ 25mm dia with suitable reducers and connectors are as per site requirement/ capacity of transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cost of modification if any require to fix on existing MS pipe.

Disconnecting of HT supply from 11 KV VCB of any make/ type/ capacity for repair works, servicing and taking out trolley with complete decarburizing of the male female contact points, cleaning with CRC solution and inner body clean with vacuum cleaner etc. and repair replacement of defective parts found during servicing, reassembling of and testing relays for tripping time setting over current setting, earth fault setting etc. including checking of vacuum intrupter, tripping mechanism etc. after servicing complete all as directed. Note: (i) Spares parts will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (ii) For testing and calibration of relays will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Taking out IDMT relay from panel, opening it for repair work , servicing complete with decarburizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution and inner body clean with vacuum cleaner et.c and repair/ replacement of all defective parts if any found during servicing, reassembling and testing of relays for tripping time setting over current setting, earth fault setting etc complete all as directed. Note: All parts include in this item rate required for relay in service condtion.

Supply and fix for VCB spring charging motor 24/220 volt DC/ AC for 11 KV VCB, bus coupler of existing make, type, size capacity with driving gear complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for trolley alignment level suitable for up to 800 Amp HT VCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Crompton Greaves / ABB / System Control as approved by GE.

Supply and fix for shunt trip closing coil assembly 110/220 volt, DC/ AC suitable for up to 800 Amps, HT VCB complete including taking out old assembly of any type and make complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Crompton Greaves/ABB/ System control as approved by GE.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation in hard/ dense soil including sand pebbles for removing vegetation and bushes, not exc 30cm depth and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in power houses/ sub station area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles/ stay etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work finished fair using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, spread and levelling aggregate of gauge size 40 to 80mm size around the transformer HT two pole structure, HT four pole structure etc. in the sub stations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including taking out old unserviceable rusted out anti clibing device complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25cm x 20cm for HT 11 KV including taking out old unserviceable rusted out danger plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, instal testing and commissioning in replacement of 11 KV outdoor type polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole suitable for vertical mounting complete with expulsion fuses, GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON position, for current rating up to 200 Amps, each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulator as per BSS/ ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake megenetizing current of the transformers; all ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavily tinned to withstand weather complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Pactil (Madras), Southern switchgear, Universal, BHEL, ELPRO, Rashtriya as approved by GE.

All as per serial item No.57.00 here-in-before but for current rating 400 amps.

Supply and fix in replacement polymer based dropout fuse unit complete set suitable including for 11 KV, HT out door and dropout type of capacity 200 Amps including jumper connections with copper flexible designed jumper and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Alstom, Oblum, Rashtriya, Atlas, Pactil, Jayshree, BHEL as approved by GE.

All as per serial item No.59.00 here-in-before but for capacity 400 Amps.

Supply and fix in replacement polymer pin type insulator of 11 KV including necessary hardware complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Alstom, Oblum, Rashtriya, Atlas, Pactil, Jayshree, BHEL as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement disc type insulator, ball and socket type insulator, 2 in series for 11 KV including necessary hardware complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Alstom, Oblum, Rashtriya, Atlas, Pactil, Jayshree, BHEL as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of synthetic insulating mat of size 2m x 1m x 19mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of platform of size 2500x2500x1200mm height above ground level complete all as specified and as directed with comprising of the following:- (i) Foundation of 150mm thick in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) alround projection of 150mm including necessary excavation complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) 230mm thick brick walls on four sides, earth filling, coping of PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate) with brick steps of one side and plastered in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) PVC coated chain link of size 100x100mm cattle fencing up to 1.00 metre height above ground level fixed with nuts and bolts etc erracted around complete platform including MS angle post of size 50x50x5mm of the distance of 2 metre centre to centre with a distance of 01 metre from the platform with door of MS angle iron frame work of size 50x50x5mm thick with 2mm MS sheet, 1.00 metre wide, 1.00 metre height with locking arrangement from step side complete all as specified and as directed. (v) MS surfaces shall be applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for end terminal joints (eoxy type) for LT PVC/ XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable including jointing and testing etc for 400 Sqmm size cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (ii) Old burnt/ damaged LT cable/ joints retrieved will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit).

Lifting/ shifting of transformer of any size/ capacity carefully by suitable transportation (crane) by opening of all HT/ LT electrical connections, earthing strips foundation nuts and bolts etc after disconnected of HT/ LT electric supply and connection at shifting place after completion of PCC foundation complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of errected steel tubular swaged poles of HT overhead line of 11 metres long complete including all MS work mounted on pole and applying one coat of aluminium paint and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and as directed.
