M&L for providing and laying of granular sub base (GSB) 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 75 mm thick each, by providing closed graded granular sub base material of grading-II as per MORTH Table 400-1, mixing the material with water OMC in mechanical mix plant, carrying mix material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface to required gradient and camber including watering and compacting with vibratory power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density and CBR (min 25 ) as per MORTH clause No. 401 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing and laying of wet mix macadam (WMM) 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) in two layers each 75 mm thick using crushed stone aggregate of maximum size 40 mm of grading as specified type igneous rock such as granite / basalt etc as base course for paved shoulder including premixing the material with water of OMC in mechanical mix plant, carrying mix material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with mechanical paver to required gradient and camber, necessary lateral support and form work, if required including watering and compacting with vibratory power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density as per MORTH clause No. 406 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well graded approved earth(soil) from outside MD land and spreading in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness including watering and rolling with 8 to 10 power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation of earth, loading/unloading and transportation from any lead to the site of work (b) No claim what so ever shall be admissible on account of location and availability of source of approved earth to be brought (c) The actual lead/distance for bringing approved earth shall be ascertained by the tenderer by visiting the site before quoting the rate.

M&L for construction of RCC septic tank of 150 users capacity including earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (Using 40 graded crushed stone aggregate) below RCC foundation/base slab, RCC M30 (Design mix) in walls, base slab, baffle walls, beams, roof slab, 110 mm bore PVC vent pipe including vent cowl, combined debris & screen chamber, intercepting chamber and precast RCC M30 manhole covers complete all as all as specified and shown on TD Drg No. CELZ/TD/750 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 & specified. Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary earth work excavation, removal & returning & filling in.

M&L for construction of soakage well of size 2.4 M dia & 3 M effective depth including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), brick masonry walls/honey combed masonry walls with CM 1:4 with top ring of RCC Design Mix M-25 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) concrete including, RCC cover slab in M-25 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate )filled with brick bats complete all as specified and shown on TD Drg No. CELZ/TD/576 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 & specified. Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary earth work excavation, removal & returning & filling in.

S&F precast cement concrete factory made kerb stones of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm (Bull nose type), laid and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as shown in Sketch enclosed, specified and as directed. Note : (i) Grade of Concrete Mix shall not be less than M30 (ii) Kerb stones shall be tested in NABL approved laboratory for grade of concrete & strength and test certificate shall be produced by the contractor before incorporation in the work for each consignment.

M&L for construction of new valve chamber size 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm including necessary earthwork in any type of soil, PCC foundation with 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 upto 150 mm below NGL, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle D type handle complete with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coats of white wash on all plastered surface of valve chamber complete all as specified & directed.
