Recovery and reconstruction of PWS Scheme for Clearance of source, refixing and cleaning of gravity main pipelines all complete for different schemes under Kurseong Block, Public Health Engineering Department Darjeeling Division I

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. By cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary).

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches of drains an all sorts of soils ( including mixed soils but excluding laterite or sand stone ) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 mtr. as directed.item includes neccessary triming the side of trenches levelling dressing and ramming the bottom bailing out as required complete depth of excavation not exceeding 1.50 mtr.

Labour for laying 150 mm to 200 mm boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics without rolling but including ramming and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all joints with sandy clay or earth. N.B

Supply of stone boulder (N.B. variety) of approved quarries above 150 mm to 200 mm dia size.

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size, excluding shuttering ) ( 1:3:6)-( N.B. Variety Stone Metal)

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 20mm down graded stone chips excluding shuttering with N.B.Variety River bazree.

Hire & Labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 mtr. Using approved stouts props and thick hard wood plank of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns,lintels including fitting fixing and striking out after completion of work(25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shutttering as directed) a) 25mm to 30mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of ECI

Plum concrete work with cement concrete with 30mm down graded stone metal 40% and stone boulder size 150mm and above placed in as directed, excluding shuttering if any (1:3:6).

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. 1:4 cement mortar 20mm thick plaster

Rubble masonry in cement (1:6) with hard dressed stones from approved quarries and clean, coarse and washed sand including carriage of all materials to site.
