Laying of 3.5x300Sqmm Aluminium Power Cable in existing cable Trench from ACDB of Control building-2 to AC Power Supply cubical box in Mulsifyre Room including dressing of above cable using tie and saddle for support.Work includes opening of trench covers from ACDB panel in control building-2 to Mulsifyre Room and covered the same after completion of the work.All men,material(except above cable) and T&P will be provided by firm.
Providing and fixing of 3-phase AC Power supply cubical box of size 1200mmx600mmx500mm suitable for 3.5x300Sqmm Aluminium power cable duly painted with synthetic enamal paint with 04 Nos. Insulated Bus bar for AC Distribution with L&T make change over switch suitable for 630A(4P),630A MCCB (TP),LED lamps should be fitted for supply indication,earthing of cubical with 50x6mm GI flat.All men,material and T&P will be provided by firm.
Providing and crimping of lugs in above 3.5x300Sqmm Aluminium Power cable- 300Sqmm heavy duty Aluminium Lugs
Providing and crimping of lugs in above 3.5x300Sqmm Aluminium Power cable- 150Sqmm heavy duty Aluminium Lugs
Providing of SIngle Compression Heavy duty cable glands with Nickle plated size 2.5" suitable for 3.5x300 Sqmm AC Power cable ,work also includes fixing of above cable glands in the plate of ACDB and change over switch after drilling of suitable size hole for entry of power cable.
Termination of above 3.5x300Sqmm Aluminium Power cable at both end (ACDB Panel and changeover switch). Work includes opening of existing 3.5x300Sqmm AC power cable (Source of SST-2)coming from ACDB panel of control building -2 then its terminate on newly installed change over switch and termination of AC power cable between changeover switch & motor starter panel will also tobe done in above said work with the help of proper size aluminium lugs.
Providing and fixing of 2 Nos heavy duty PVC pipe (8 inch dia,total length 20 feet) suitable for passing of above cable under road side .
