Annual Contract for Cleaning and garbage removal work of CSIR-NML Main Laboratory and LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area at Jamshedpur for the year 2024-25 and 2025-26.

Cleaning of all areas of Main lab , LSTF & Mg. pilot plant area .Note: Bidder may be visit the site before quoting the bid(a) Cleaning of Toilet, WC Pans, Urinals, Wash basin, toilet floor, Chocked gully traps, P-traps, Bootle traps and Chocked sewer line etc. in Main lab , LSTF & Mg. pilot plant area with machanised equipment & accessories as and when required including removal of muck, rubbish, horticulture waste, canteen waste, janitorial waste and other waste etc. from disposal of same to dumping area to outside the campus. (Toilet, WC Pans, Urinals & toilet floor must to be cleaned 4 times on daily basis). (b) Cleaning of common areas, corridor,stairs, lifts, first-aid, canteen, offices chamber, aluminium partion, doors and windows in main lab , LSTF & Mg. pilot plant area with machanised equipment & accessories as required. (2 times on daily basis).( C) Cleaning of drains, roads, Car parking, two-wheler parking, Building roofs, Surroundings of main gate and buildings on daily basis in Main lab , LSTF & Mg. pilot plant area. The work shall also entail cleaning of other than general services, i.e. uprooting of bushes, plants, brickbats, garbage and removal of same to the dumping areas outside the campus. (d) Cleaning of duct including stair case of all building & chajja, at all heights of all buildings including multistoried buildings. It includes removal of vegetation, if any, as per specific direction only.(e) Jungle cleaning, bush and grass Cutting in LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area on daily basis with machanised equipment with tractor alongwith trolly & accessories as required.Removal of same to the dumping areas outside the campus or as per instruction by engineer in charge.(f) Providing at site office permanntly throughtout the contract period and running powered hand bush cutter one numbers (In running conditions) with accessories (Such as moblil, Cutting tar, blade, safety gogals, mask, hand glups and safty boots etc.), for Jungle cleaning, Bush and grass Cutting in Main Lab, LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area. In case of out of order of machines alternate working machines shall be made available at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider. The cost of Petrol& Diesel will be bearing by agency no reimburshment by department.(g)Providing at site office permanntly throughtout the contract period and running chain shaw one numbers (In running conditions) with accessories (Such as Mobil,Shaw blade, safety gogals, mask, hand glups and safty belts, Hard Safety Apron etc.), for tree branches cutting in Main Lab, LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area. In case of out of order of machines alternate working machines shall be made available at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider.(h)Providing at site office permanntly throughtout the contract period and running of electric powered Floor Scrubber Machine ( Size -minimum 17" dia and 1100 watt) as per instructed schedule, two numbers (In running conditions) with accessories, for Cleaning work in Main Lab, LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area. In case of out of order of machines alternate working machines shall be made available at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider. (i)Providing at site office permanntly throughtout the contract period and running of electric powered Vacuum Water Cleaning Machine(minimum- 35 litre capacity) as per instructed schedule, two numbers (In running conditions) with accessories, for Cleaning work in Main Lab, LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area. In case of out of order of machines alternate working machines shall be made available at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider. (j)Providing at site office permanntly throughtout the contract period and running of electric powered Vacuum Cleaning Machine (minimum- 1.5 Litre capacity) as per instructed schedule, two numbers (In running conditions) with accessories, for Cleaning work in Main Lab, LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area. In case of out of order of machines alternate working machines shall be made available at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider. (k)Providing at site office permanntly throughtout the contract period and running of electric powered Water Jet Cleaning Machine (minimum- 1500 watt) as per instructed schedule, one numbers (In running conditions) with accessories, for Cleaning work in Main Lab, LSTF and Mg. Pilot Plant Area. In case of out of order of machines alternate working machines shall be made available at site for the work. The cost of Machine maintenance will be borne by the service provider. (l) It is desired that the contractor will engage minimum Thirty Two nos. of unskilled labourers and one no of semi-skilled labours per day and make necessary arrangement for tools with materials and other accessories needed . GOI clause of Minimum labour wages amended time to time should be met by the contractor along with the EPF & ESI. Proofs of monthly payment (Mode Online) and challans of EPF & ESI should be submitted to department for verification monthly basis. Please note that no EPF and ESI Contribution on the part of employer contribution, paid by the contractor shall not be reimbursed separately and quoted rate should include the same. Contractor must ensure payment to labour as per minimum labour wages of Central Government.
