Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of specified diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Carrying out initial working pile load test on specified dia piles as specified in IS:291 1 (Part 4). Includes all plant, equipment, machinery. instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete

Earth work excavation for all foundations in all type of soils and sub soils to the required depth for Footings, plinth / grade beams, etc,. by mechinaries including manual excavation for the following type of soil / rock as per detailed specification. As per SS 20B as hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling 0 to 2.0m depth consolidation depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification

Construction of Granular sub-base of 150mm compacted thickness by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Close graded Material conforming to Grading V of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers withmotor grader o n prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading maintenance of diversion road loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 150mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying he physical paraemeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mixed material to work site and laid in sensor pavers tc the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer In-Charge of work

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ratio of (1 cement , 4 M sand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. b)For column footing plinth beam bed blocks templates staircase, steps piers, raft beam, raft slab etc.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/ms and maximum water cement ratio of\ |0.45, including admixture (plasticiser/ super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of |concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical |vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 550 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing Concrete cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. The rate including cost of all materials, bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks and GI binding wires etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Post Tensioning Work: Design and execution of post tensioning work, including decoiling, the strands, cutting to the required lengths, supplying, laying of HT strands sheathing (GI corrugated ducts 0.3mm thick) jointing with couplers and inserting the strands, profiling, fixing liveend anchorages, including supply of stressing anchorages, suitable for 5-5 & 5-4 tendons, grout vents, making dead end anchorages, including flowering the strands, fixing tendon support bars, supervising the fixing of antibursting reinforcement, stressing the cables, end trimming, grouting the cables, with cement slurry, mixed with admixtures with required tools, plants, and machineries, and consumables etc. (Shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel shall be paid under respective items) at all heights including all leads, lifts, coordination, with the post- tensioning agency, preparation of drawings, obtaining approval from the Employer / Architect etc. Rate to include providing water, power, cement and admixture for grouting, packing of sheathing and anchorages blockings, filling of recess pockets after stressing using grouts (cement slurry mixed with approved admixtures) including providing access to post tensioning at all heights including all leads, lifts etc., all complete and as approved and as directed by the Employer Architect but excluding shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel which shall be payable under respective items separately.

UPVC Window :Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm125GSMand 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multichambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDMrubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges offrame and shutter the shutter will be provided withEspag multi power point locks and also it operates ashandle. The corners and joints should be welded andcleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or browncolour glass 4mm thick should be provided to theshutter and it should not allow leakage of water evenat most ranging storms and should have key lockableaction, security protective hinges, strong lockingsystems and as per size for arresting noise and energyloss. The connecting mechanism between sash andouter frame that enables opening of the window. Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the window openings,along the details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Rate shall welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the executive Engineer before use on works.)

Stainless Steel Handrail 900mm high Providing and fixing stainless steel handrail 900mm high (as shownin drawing) made out of stainless steel conforming to SS 304 with 8%to8.5% nickel using 50mm outer dia at top (with 1.6mm wall thickness) and 38.10mm(1.6mm wall thickness ) stainless steel pipe placed vertically at 1m centre to centre and 3nos horizontal SS pipe 25.40mm outer dia (with 1.2mm wall thickness) welded at a distance of 300mm using TIG welding process with 308L SS electrode (in station building all flooor staircases) with necessary bends, flanges and base plates. Supplying and filling the Toilet sunken slab area by BRICK-BATCOBA by adding CICO NO:1 of approved equivalent admixture including applying two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE- Acrylic Polymer Based Naterproof Coating, over the final coat of cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound like CICO No.1 at the rate specified in the manufacturer's specification after entire completion of laying pipes, sanitary fittings etc Rate including all mater aaod and lifts, working materials, labour charges wastages with necessary lead and at all levels, protecting the laid pipes and sanitary fittings, finishing the surface smooth to receive the top coat of water proofing application etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specificatior and as directed by the Client/ Engineer-in Charge

Including applying two coats not less than 2 nm thick of TAPECRETE- Acrylic Polymer Based Waterproof Coating, over the plastered surface as including final coat of cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound like CICO No. 1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate specified by the manufacturer over coated surfacepreparation of surface, finishing, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.

Terrace Waterproofing Supply and laying water proofing treatment for terrace covering the following order and consisting of following operations. i) Making V' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement.The roof slab gutter slab shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying 2 coats not less than 2 mm of polymer based Elastomeric Coating like TAPECRETE - RTU compound and cured for 7 days and followed by a layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 admixed with CICO NO: 1 (or) other approved equivalent make shall be spread over the prepared surface

The gap cement mortar 1:4 admixed with compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent afterwards curing shall be carried out for two days a final layer of cement mortar of 1:3 admixed with water proofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make shall be laid to a thickness of 20 mm and draw a false line of 300 mm x 300 mm.

On the spread mortar provide and lay well burnt brick bats (COBA) to a average minimum thickness of 55 mm (i.e.. minimum 40 mm thickness at lower end and 70 mm thickness at higher end). An additional layer of brick bat (COBA) shall be laid over the existing brick bat COBA surface if required to get the required gradient for adequate drainage giving a slope of approximately 1 in 120, which will be measured separately under relevant item.

The parapet side wall / gutter wall shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove all dust particles and a layer of 15 mm thick C.M 1:3 shall be laid to a height of about 300 mm above the top of the terrace/Gutter slab on the Parapet / Gutter side wall admixed with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make. Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component Acrylic polymer modified cement based, flexible, water proofing slurry like or approved equivalent to a thickness of 2 mm over the plastered surface of operation as per manufacturer's specification and as directed.(Plan area of Terrace only will be measured for payment )

Supplying and laying of Top of roof with Solar reflective tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as per The the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Granolithic flooring 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement and 2 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) and 4 blue granite broken stone jelly 3to 10mm gauge) and including of power travellers and top rendered smooth with cement at 10kg per10sq.m. including thread lining,curing,providing 25mm diaG.I.pipe of necessary length for water outlet etc.,complete asdirected during execution.

FALSE CEILING WITH GYPSUM BOARD Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling using SAINT - GOBAIN GYPROC or Equivalent make which includes providing and fixing GI perimeter channel of size 0.50mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall / partition with the help of nylon sleeved and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flange of 15mm each from the sofit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to sofit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. ceiling section 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lops of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel

Structural Glazing: Providing and fixing structural glazing fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated (Base steel as per IS 513 of ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.72mm. The glass holding section made of 304 grade SS of 0.6mm thick. Galvanized steel sections are to be used as stiffeners inside the colour coated steel / powder coated sections as per the design requirement. Design calculations are made to suit wind pressures as given in IS 875. Paint specifications: Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60 microns thick. Dimensions: The section should be of 37 x 53mm for frame vertical, 37 x 53mm for frame horizontal section and section for reinforcement should be of 31 x 55mm. glass holding section should be of 37 x 37mm for top and bottom grids in between should be of 37 x 18mm.

Accessories: Brackets made of CRCA powder coated /electro plated should be used to fix vertical at top and bottom and vertical to slab as per site requirement. Polyurethane brackets should be used to connect horizontal section to vertical sections. Silicone: Natural cure, with good UV resistance to be used.
