Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed .

M & L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only Brick work with sub class'B' brick (Except bricks i.e. using old serviceable bricks) straight or curved on plan not exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in (1:6) cement mortarcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall, completed all as specified and directed.

S& F , Welded steel wire fabric N exc 4 kg per sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Welded steel wire fabric, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel angles , bars , flats, etc including cutting tops to shape as supports for stiffening of fencing , wall ties, hold fasts, clamps plain angle cleats for securing purlins as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting welding, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm grade aggregate as in foundation,filling /sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified .

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base , finish even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 50 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulder Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as direction by Engineer in Charge

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floor all as specified and directed by Eng- in- Charge

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base , finish fair & even cement all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Supply and planting of shurb/Hedges plant in repair of 1.5' height and 1' wide above GL by digging edges of size 0.6m wide and 0.30m deep in any type of soil and filling with garden soil mixed with composit manure in the ratio 1:1 by volume, with necessary pesticide treatment , routing, manuring, watering etc, per the guidance of Horticulture consultant complete including removal of surplus soil , all contruction debries, weeds to a distance n exc 50m all as dierected by Engineer in Charge.

Developing Lawn in repair which includes Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm,in all types of soil refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods or of good soil and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, and applying of soil pesticides,transplanting of bermuda Grass/carpet grass,planting,routing etc complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete etc over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 including including rubbing and polishing and taking down of existing cement plaster etc complete all as specifed and directed

M&L screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 - 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillers, window -cills cooking platforms and like in cement mortal (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, cutting and moulding edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays n. exc. 2 sqm each, finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for sand cushioning not exc 25mm thick as filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specied and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick PCC M-35 machine pressed coloured interlocking pavor block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 using with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M& L for Heavy duty ceramic parking tile 400mm x 400mm and 12mm thick , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick(1:4) Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavating in post holes each n exc. 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc50m and making good surfacecomplete all as specified and directed..

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses as in framing for cladding, glazing and fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc inluding special shaped washer complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6(40mm Grade aggregate) as in foundation,filling /sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified .

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge,thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvaume aluminium zink coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as in roof covering all as specified and directed.

S& F hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.25 Mild steel, plain, blacksheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap jointswith riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 3 mm printed/green PVC sheet fixed or laid on gate/window by using steel winding wire or any other means complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or Stone,concrete walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.
