Supply of Recess mounted LED Luminaire with system wattage not less than 36 W and system lumen 3600lm-3800lm, of size 595mmx595mmx65mm. The luminaire efficiency shall be >100lm. The luminaire shall be 4000K-6500K color temperature and having 50000 burning hours life with minimum 70% lumen maintennance. CRI should be greater than 80, housing should be CRCA Sheet of thickness of 0.5-0.6 mm thick. The diffuser shll be opal diffuser, electronic driver should be in built with life of 50000 hrs power factor >0.9 of the inout voltage tolerance shall be 140-270 volt AC complete in all recpect including LED and other accessories etc as required. Supply of flood light of following watts LED IP 66 luminaire made of Die-cast aluminium housing (heat sink) for efficient thermal management, sturdiness & corrosion resistant of size of 309mm x 346mm x 60mm having tolerance +5 mm. The luminaire shall be able to deliver a system lumen of >7000 lumens. The CCT shall be 5700K, operating temperature -10° C to +45° C, operating voltage 140 V-300 V, Lumen efficacy of LED >130 lm/W and viewing angle of 120°. Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sign face

Sign face shall be made in 5mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. Entire panel covered with a protective overlaminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics (Wherever Signle side content provided then other side also to be provided with 5 mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl shall match colour Pantone Black 6C The sign height shall be equal to the message panel height used i.e. multiple of 255mm and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sign Frame

Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide Powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M both way tape from the other side. The panel should be made easily openable for maintenance.

Sign internal Structure

Providing and fixing Framework of Aluminium 25mmx 25mm x 1.5 hollow square sections. Shall be directly fixed to the sign frame.

Suspender

Providing and fixing Stainless steel 32mmx32mmx2mm Hollow sections (assuming typical length of 1 metre) mounted on slabs/beams/walls. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel.The item cost includes cutting and opening of various types of false at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign

Lighting

All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Light strips/modules from Osram or equivalent ( Edge lighting - 6500K, 24 v, with optimal homogeneous backlighting & light Throw of minimum 4 ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance specification. Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable at the site. The number of LED strips / modules and electronic controllers shall vary as per number of messages in sign board to the satisfactory illumination of sign boards.

The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be ensured. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing.

Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with the 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M both way tape from the other side. The panel should be made easily openable for maintenance.

Sign Structure

All structural members in SS square post 100 x 100 x 3mm and horizontal cross tie member square sections 50x50x2mm, brush finished. base plate embedded below the floor finish and provided with a floor trim ring. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel. Post including SS base Plate and Gussets in 6mm thick SS Plate as per drawing with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete slab. The post shall closed with a 3 mm thick SS plate as specified and approved by the Engineer-In-charge. The Post shall be always be a single continuous element without any joints. Cost to include all activities and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, etc. required for fixing the sign in an internal location. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be ensured. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Providing and fixing SS Post in position and sturdy on existing RCC floor below the granite by using suitable size anchor fasteners(Anti Corrosive type) and finished as per drawing. The item cost includes cutting and opening the floor granite/marble/tile etc finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign.

Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing.

Sign face shall be made in 5mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. Entire panel covered with a protective overlaminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics (Wherever Signle side content provided then other side also to be provided with 5 mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl shall match colour Pantone Black 6C).The sign panel Height shall be equal to the messege panel height used. i.e. multiple of 255mm and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sign Frame

Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with the 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M both way tape from the other side. The panel should be made easily openable for maintenance.

Sign internal Structure

Providing and fixing Framewrok of Aluminium 25mmx 25mm x 1.5 mm hollow square sections. Shall be directly fixed to the sign frame.

Sign Structure

All structural members in SS square post 100 x 100 x 3 mm, brush finished. base plate embedded below the floor finish and provided with a floor trim ring. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel. Post including SS base Plate and Gussets in 6mm thick SS Plate as per drawing with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete slab. The post shall closed with a 3 mm thick SS plate as specified and approved by the Engineer-In-charge. The Post shall be always be a single continuous element without any joints. Cost to include all activities and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, etc. required for fixing the sign in an internal location. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be ensued. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Tension Rod

Providing and fixing tension rod of dia 10mm in brush finished S.S. with the turn buckle system. Tension rod shall be fixed to the sign structure and the sign frame with S.S. gusset plates.

Lighting

All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Light strips/modules from Osram or equivalent ( Edge lighting - 6500K, 24 v, with optimal homogeneous backlighting & light Throw of minimum 4 ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance specification. Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable at the site. The number of LED strips / modules and electronic controllers shall vary as per number of messages in sign board to the satisfactory illumination of sign boards.

The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be ensured. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.

Foundation

Providing and fixing SS Post in position and sturdy on existing RCC floor below the granite by using suitable size anchor fasteners(Anti Corrosive type) and finished as per drawing. The item cost includes cutting and opening the floor granite/marble/tile etc finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign.

Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing.

Providing and Fixing of computerised 3M vinyl cut text of approved matter in three language with directional sign etc., in double colour on existing Polycarbonate sheet of different sizes on existing signages including dismantling of existing polycarbonate sheet board from the existing signage board and remove the existing signage vinyl sticker over the polycarbonate sheet including cleaning of the complete polycarbonate surface without causing any damage and scratch over the surface and re-fixing the polycarbonate sheet on the existing sign board etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as required. Note: In case of any breakage of Polycarbonate sheets during dismantling, shifting, handling & re-fixing etc., the complete sheet to be replaced by contractor at free of cost.

Providing and Fixing of computerised 3M vinyl cut text of approved matter in three language with directional sign etc., in double colour on 5 mm acrylic sheet of different sizes as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as required. (2100 length )
