Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50sqmm to 95 sqmm and testing on completion complete all as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50sqmm to 95 sqmm and testing on completion complete all as directed.

Dismentling of air break gang operated switch vertical/ horizontal mounted incluidng insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out components and insulators etc. and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth pipe, medium grade, 3000mm long with outer dia 65mm and inner dia 50mm, laid in ground by drilling in the ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metre below ground level and filling the back fill compound complete with all as required and directed, as per Electrical Plate No. 2, with 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead up to testing point and making the earth pit of PCC as per sample as required at site and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI strip from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing wire, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear including 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth wire alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.

Dismantling of unserviceable stay assembly carefully including stay wire necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, demolition of PCC of any type and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators any size/ type from poles including removal from site complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but n exc 3.0 metre in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and exc. 1.5m but n exc 3.0 metre in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed ( Note : Punned thickness will be measured for payment).

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying modular bricks covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/ laying of 50mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings, ISI marked as required for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/ laying of 80mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings, ISI marked as required for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable GI earth wire from HT over head lines including removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of existing old cross arms, bracings, supports etc of any section, FI clamps, nuts, bolts, insulators etc. from OH line and checking for re-use & removal of unserviceable cross arms, bracing, supports etc from site complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling (Horizontally) to existing road (maximum 10M wide) suitable for passing GI tubing of dia upto 80mm/ 100mm as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All necessary T&P required at site for drilling shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug , bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified, type 410 SP - 55 of 11 mtr long including painting of pole with one coat red oxide primer & two coat of aluminum paint & embedded portion of pole shall be painted with two coat of black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required with 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated horizontal type out door with all other fittings/ accessories mounted on & including porcelain insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with & including operating rod of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade (ISI marked) with MS handle with locking arrangement, for current rating up to 200 Amp 11000 Volts including dropout fuse set 15 insulators to suit gang operated triple pole 11 KV switch, connecting, commissioning and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Make:- JAIPURIA or PACTIL or BHEL or MEI as approved by GE.

Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductors from HT over head lines including removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of concrete poles/ struts, any size including stacking & removal from site complete all as directed.

Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main Aluminium bus bars of 800 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar having sleeves of colour coded .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 9 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The LT Panel shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (02 layers) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. All incoming MCCBs shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound (double wound), step down transformer of capacity 630 KVA (Level-1), plinth/ floor mounted, OUT DOOR TYPE and conforming to IS 1180:2014, AC 3 phase 50 Hz, ONAN with external cooling tubes/ radiators, having no load voltage ratio 11/0.433 KV corresponding to principal tapping, delta connected primary side (11KV HV side) and star connected on secondery side (433V LV side) in accordence with vector symbol Dyn-11 (Vector Group), manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5%, continuous rating of capacity 630KVA including bushing on HT end & cable box on LT side. The transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of tranformer oil as per IS-335, ISI marked duly filtered & dehydrated etc. Transformer shall be mounted on and including suitable platform of approx size 2.0Mx 2.0Mx 1.0M high (outer dimension) built with 150mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation extending 150mm on both sides of wall, 350mm thick of brick masonary built in CM 1:6 using old size sub class 'B' bricks, brick masonary shall be 450mm below GL & 550mm above GL, exposed faces of brick work up to 15cm below normal ground level shall be plastered in CM 1:4 & flush in same mortar as the work proceeds on faces in contact with soil, floor shall be 100mm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm garded stone aggregate, laid in bays over & including 100mm thick hardcore over approved earth filling, exposed plastered surfaces shall be given three coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. The unit rate of transfarmer shall also includes the cost of following accessories/ fittings :- (a) One cable box on primary (HV) side having cable glands suitable for OH conductor (consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/ gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No. cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge.

(d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Themometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One No. 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-1200 C with temp reading pointer, max temprature indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank/ tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI earth strip. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain and filter valves. (l) Oil filter hole with cap/plug with connections complete. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Air relief valve plug. (o) Plain solid cast steel detachable rollers - 04 Nos. (p) First fill of fresh transformer oil conforming to revevant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength upto top of core. M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and pilasters, buttresses columns, posts etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete(RCC) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and minimum reinforcement as per relevant IS code and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.)

M&L Mild Steel TMT bar 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

M&L for 40mm graded broken stone aggregate for spreading/ loose filling in the substation or other places where directed including stacking materials in regular heap/ stack for measurement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Stack measurements after considering engineering practice for voids shall be recorded in MB for payment of this item.
