EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY .

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying under ground pipe upto 150mm dia complete (This item shall be measured and paid under Serial Item No. 17.01 here-in-after ) Note :- DI/GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supplying, Laying, jointing incl rubber gasket joints, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe as per IS 8329, class K-7, 100mm bore with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box, out door type with IP 56 protection (including CPRI type test certified manufacturer) design as per IS/IEC : 61439-1 :2011 & 6143-2:2011, platform mounted suitable for 415 volt , 3 phases, 4 wire , 50 Hz, AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 400 Amps rating installed on percelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & 2.0mm thick inner and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt/Amps meter.The complete feeder pillar box should be powder coated including connections between main bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCB shall be carried out by copper busbar 63Amps and above MCCB & below 63 Amps by 16 Sqmm copper cable. Front and back opening type with approx for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufacturers with 2 Keys, complete, all as specified & directed.

Shaddy trees NOTE: For Ser ltem No 21.03 to 21.10 (i) Height of plant shall be measured from top of foliage (not from the isolated branch/leaf, main stem) to 150mm from top of root. (i) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be included for watering, maintenance of plants till two years after certified date of completion of work. (iv). During two years after completion of the work if any plant is found dead, or not of satisfactory growth, plants of approved size and shape shall be provided without any extra cost. (v). Supply and application of manure, sweet earth and pesticides, fertilizers, etc up to two years after completion are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (vi) Tenderer to note that 10% of quoted amount against these items shall be retained for two years after completion. In case of failure by the contactor to maintain the plants as above, the same shall be carried out by the department at contractor's Risk and Cost and the expenditure shall be deducted from this retained amount.
