FORM SP-01: Supply of material includes all material required as per technical specifications and scope of work. It includes material required for relocation & stand-by arrangement of running the utilities and material required for up-grading the utilities.

FORM SP-02: Relocation of existing utilities and Stand-by arrangement of running utilities with skilled manpower (2 no’s). It includes following: • Dismantling of existing utility items and shifting to make-shift place. • Stand-by arrangement to run the existing test benches. • Charges for skilled manpower (2 no’s 1-B Tech and 1-Diploma for maximum 1 year period).

FORM SP-03: Design & Engineering includes following: • Submission of all plans, P&ID, datasheets for equipments, BOQ, bar chart, shop drawings, detailed equipment layout, structural drawings, electrical and mechanical control system, instrumentation, GAD for piping isometrics etc. • Handing over of final as-built drawings/ documents/ manuals, obtaining and satisfying all statutory licenses, clearances, consents, no objections, approvals and complying with all statutory formalities. Providing necessary training for operation and maintenance of all equipments.

FORM SP-04: Installation and commissioning includes following: • Fabrication, erection, alignment, grouting and all other required works. • Mechanical completion • Testing, commissioning & acceptance of up-graded utilities.

FORM SP-05: Operation & maintenance of common utilities include operation, maintenance, warranty, spares, manpower etc. for 03 years after commissioning of upgraded utilities.
