Survey & investigation for Improvement and Remodelling of LWSS Dhaned Hareta, Ser Balouni Phase II in Constituency & Distt. Hamirpur (HP) with using advances survey technology including differential Global Positioning System (DGPS)/Total station with precession limit of 0.5 cm for preparation of site condition in complete form. Topographical survey should be conducted for preparation of plan in digital form with showing features such as roads, nallahs, khads, paths existing watersupply structures and other required benchmarks. Drawing shall be prepared with Autocad and plotting of 3 sets of drawing showing existing schemes & proposed components of various water supply schemes). Preparation of Working estimate for Improvement and Remodelling of LWSS Dhaned Hareta, Ser Balouni Phase II in Constituency & Distt. Hamirpur (HP), Preparation of Working Estimate including Hydraulic and Structural Designs, Preparation of Drawings, Detailed Estimates, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Costing as per prevailing H.P. Jal Shakti Department Schedule of Rates, as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge with all leads & lifts

The consultant shall provide all professional services required for obtaining technical scrutiny and approval of the Working Estimate from the competent authorities of the Jal Shakti Department. The scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Examination and review of the Working Estimate before submission for technical scrutiny, preparation and compilation of all technical documents, schedules, abstracts, designs, quantity statements, rate analysis, drawings, and supporting calculations required during scrutiny. Revision of drawings, estimates, BOQs, calculations, specifications, and design documents as required during the scrutiny process. Coordination with the Executive Engineer, Superintending Engineer, Design Cell, and other authorities during technical scrutiny. Deputation of qualified technical personnel for meetings, presentations, discussions, and clarification of technical issues before the scrutinizing authorities. Assistance in obtaining administrative and technical approval by providing all requisite documents and clarifications. Submission of final approved hard copies and editable soft copies of all revised documents, drawings, estimates.
