Cost of sand, jute, thread, needle and labour charges for filling the bags with sand, stitching them and convey the sand bags at the site and arranging them neatly for forming ring bund complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth SS.20B complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for open excavation complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading using crushed stone sand(m-sand) (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (without vibration)

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 m hight for plain surfaces such as R.C.C.slabs, vertical slabs, side slabs of R.C.C. works with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10 gauge sheets of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M15 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm (60%) and 20mm (40%); weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant using crushed stone sand (m-sand) (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Dewatering using 20 HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading , unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing construction, contraction and lift joints in masonry, concrete including cutting, jointing the PVC water stopper of 230mm width and placing Mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 0.23m² of Mastic pad required for 1 RM) at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction, contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing Mastic/Tar of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 2.47m² Mastic pad required for 1 RM) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
