Providing and fixing of imported wooden panelling lining on walls tongued and grooved planks excluding cost of ground work and cover mouldings but including cost of nails screws including cost of two coats of touch wood etc. complete (12mm thick)

Providing and fixing of 1st class KD wood cornice 50mm face.

Providing and fixing of teak wood 4mm thick lamination at all places with minor repairs where ever required including cost of fixing material complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand manufacture of required color to give an even shade ( two or more coats) including one or more coats of primer.
