CIVIL WORK

Excavation of foundation in hard rock (Granite) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m in depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as per the specification approved by the department.

Earth work in excavation of slushy soil in water upto 0.60m in water by Manually means in over areas excluding dewatering of wherever required, including all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within all lead and lift including cost of all labours/ equipments , taxes, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement be taken in level section only ).

Double under reamed pile foundation with R.C.C. M25 using 12mm size black hard granite (crusher broken)stone chips including cost of boreholes but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and labour chrages for cutting, bending and binding of steel -300mm dia 6 mtr Length

Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering etc. including all lead and lift, cost of labour ,material, conveyance and taxes ,sundries ,T & P, complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers of with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba /rock/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping site or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all lead and lifts involved, labour, etc. including all taxes as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ), mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness, watering & curing for the required period. including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance, royalties and , sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC - 25 :- Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 Grade in all type of Concrete works as per IS Specification, including cost of required steel /wood /ply centering and shuttering there after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties of all materials, cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of Reinforcement and Binding wires etc.
