Relaying serviciable cable retreived against srl item 2,07 above after testing, all as specified and directed. Note for item 2.01 to 2.09:- Excavation/Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, earh strip protected with and including 40mm dia GI light grade pipe not less than 7.5 m long all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 MES Schedule Part I including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM wire mesh fabric not less than 4 kg / Sqm, watering arangements with 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with common salt and charcoal in alternate layers, including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point and testing on completion and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- GI earth strip & protection pipe beyond 7.5 M shall be measured and paid seperately.
Supply, fabricating, erecting HT Panel board of size (1.2Mx0.9M) outdoor type CPRI approved, double door totally enclosed with suitable gaskit to make it weather, dust and varmin proof, suitably ventilated 11KV, 50 cycle, AC supply, factory made fully compartmentlized made out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick for load bearing and 2.0 mm thick for non load bearing protection IP 54 as per IS-2147 of 1962 having modern fabrication process with pretretment and powder coated, factory fabricated in an approved factory within approved shade including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work/ support, required civil works, excavation & earth work. PCC foundation etc, installation, testing & commissining with and including AL bus bar 600 amps duly insulated with sleeves 11 KV rating as per colour coding provided with suitable complete all as specified and as directed
EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Supply and laying GI pipe, 50 mm dia, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete in tranches complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking up or down 50 mm bore, mild steel pipe and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed
M&L for relaying/refixing 50 mm bore old steel pipe with and including fitting complete all as specified.
Supply and laying GI pipe, 100 mm dia, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete in tranches complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking up or down 100 mm bore, mild steel pipe and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed
M&L for relaying/refixing 100 mm bore old steel pipe with and including fitting complete all as specified. Note for item 3.01 to 3.06:- Excavation/Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.
EARTHWORK AND EXCAVATION :- (Excavation/Earth work wherever required for, shall be measured and paid under following items unless specifically mentioned in the items.
Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 Mtr in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in loose/ soft soil commplete all as specified and directed.
Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 Mtr in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard/ dense soil commplete all as specified and directed.
Removing of surplus excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
Returning filling in, including levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed
PAVEMENT QUALITY CONCRETE (PQC)
Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 Mtr in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in lean concrete, DLC/hard core/ stone soling commplete all as specified and directed.
M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm comlpete all as specified and directed
M&L for providing 425 mm thick Ready Mix pavement quality concrete as in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg/ sqcm lower control limit in field using minimum 400 kg cement per cum mixed with non circular synthetic fiber recron 3-S @ 0.25% of weight of cement laid to slope to match with existing surrounding slabs including bull nosing edge of slab along the expansion joints and finishing the surface by belting (Recron measured and paid separately) necessary form work finishes with broom floats and numberring of slabs complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only non circular synthetic fiber recron 3-S as secondary reinforcement all as specified and directed.
M&L 10 mm thick layer of coarse sand spread leveled watered and rammed complete all as specified.
M&L for providing HDPE sheet 400 micron thick as per IS 2508 laid over sand layer or tack coat including necessary cutting overlaps not less than 300 mm and waste complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for 600 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collar all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for 900 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collar all as specified and directed.
M&L for forming 8 mm wide x 115 mm deep dummy joints (using diamond cutter) filled with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 10 mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accomodation Factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirment of BS 5212 and EN 141876-1003 for Hydrolysis/Water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10 mm dia approved quality close cell polythene back up rod applying masking taps on edge of joints to prevent accidential slippage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied as required complete all as per manufacturer recommendation and as shown in drawings.
M&L for forming 8 mm wide x 25 mm deep constuction joint (depth minimum above the back up rod dia 10 mm) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accomodation Factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirment of BS 5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875- 2003 for Hydrolysis/Water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10 mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod over joint filter board in position, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealent on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied as required as per manufacturer recommendation and as shown in drawings complete all as specified.
M&L for forming 25 mm thick expansion joint to full depth of concrete, filled with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 10 mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accomodation Factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirment of BS 5212 and EN 141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/Water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 25 mm dia approved quality close cell polythene back up rod over impregnated bituminous joint filter board in position applying masking taps on edge of joints to prevent accidential slippage of sealent on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied as required complete all as per manufacturer recommendation and as specified.
