Providing & laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with rollers to achieve the required density complete as per direction of E/I (RATE ANALYSIS ATTACHED ) AS PER MORTH Specification No. 406

Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Concrete with 40mm Gauge approved Stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 - 3.60 F.M and cement in proportion of 8 : 4 : 1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 brick work in 1:6 ( One cement and six coarse sand of 1.50 - 2.00 F.M mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper complation of work.

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand of 1.50 - 2.00 F.M mortar in super structure in one brick thick wall (230 mm) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 2cm guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size), reinforced with 1.6mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening , cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) etc complete, excluding plastering of the jambs , sills and soffits
