Cleaning of blocked / chocked Nahani trap / floor trap/WC/ Wash basin/, including drain / sewer / sewage line of any description (SGSW / RCC / CI pipe/SWR Pipe) of 75mm/100 mm / 150 mm / 200 mm dia and any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete drain / sewer line upto first manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineer – in - charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole to manhole, using high pressure water jetting machine, including cleaning/ clearing blockages with all tools and labours as per the site requirement pipe size 150 mm and over including man holes through chasis mounted Diesel run vehicles mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum geting sewer cleaning machine KAMBI-10 LCHB fitted with imported international standard pumps having minimum of 3000 litres to 4500 litres sucking capacity including skilled operator supervising engineer for cleaning/partial desiliting of manholes and sewer line as per guide lines laid in IS -11972 (1987) and complete cleaning of site all as directed by Engineer in charge -Note :- (a) Jetting of sewer line by high pressure jetting system of 2200w PSI/Suction. (b) The complaint has to be rectified with in 24 hrs from the complaint assign to the contractor failing which penalty will be imposed @500/- per complaint per day.

M&L for de-watering /de sluding of sewge well and septic tank of any size & approx 8 to 9 metre depth ,excavation of waste water from collection tank using 4500 litres to 5000 litres vaccum suction tanker, De watering of liquid or semi liquid waste by water sucking hydraulic pressure machine including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic nature by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside the defeneland the de-sludging of sewage sump is to be carried out upto the bottom slab of sewage sump/ sewage well complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high presurre up to entire satisfaction of Engr-incharge , neccessary safety precaution to be adhere during working. Taking off existing manholes covers & cleaning of manholes depth not exceeding 1 metre by de-watering and taking off the rubbish / sludge etc., removing the same up to 50 m distance and put into newly excavated pits of suitable size and covering with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs for manholes, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs,andings,balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes internal dia of pipe in 200mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar complete.

On site LLDPE Septic Tank (Conventional type) of 30 Users capacity all as specified and as directed. Make : - Supreme or Sintex. Note :- (1) Foundation concrete Shall be with PCCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded tone aggregate ,100mm thick. Note No.2 :- UPVC vent pipe and vent cowl of 100mm dia shall be provided at locations as directed. (Rate quoted is inclusive of both Note No.1 &2 no extra payment shall be made)(Make :- Supreme/Sintex)

Construction of sokage well 2.4mtr dia and 4.5mtr depth all as per drawing No AFB/TD/125 Sheet No 1/2 and Sheet No 2/2

Note:- (i) The rates quoted in the above shedule of items includes Cost of T&P like sever rods,bamboosand necessary cleaning items ,etc complete. (ii) Minimum 01 Persons sewer man and 01 persons as a helper shall be deployed by the contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintanence of sewage lines . The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerened every morning for attending complaints.
