Supply and fixing Servo controlled voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled copper bounded, indoor type & designed for input variation between 110 volt to 280 volt with UV/OV cut off , output stablized voltage at 230 volt with accuracy of (+/-) 1% and capacity of 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for AC sub main wiring with two runs of single core, FRLS grade multistandard copper conductor cable size 4.0 Sqmm in and including PVC casing capping of suitable size on surface of walls / ceiling including one run of 4.0 Sqmm copper multistandard copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Two runs of 4 Sqmm Wire and One run of 4 Sqmm Earth wire in and including PVC casing & capping shall be Measured as one unit length).

S & F plastic plug & socket with DB (P+N+E) including MCB SPN 'C' curve of capacity 20 Amps, for AC 230 Volts, 50Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window AC openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc.. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer with a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed.

S&F Online double conversion UPS 5KVA , single phase In/single phase out with including battery rack , interconnecting cables , built in Isolation transformer & SMF batteries 16 Nos, 26 AH complete all as specified and directed.
