Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ( as in floor , apron, plinth and Path ) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down rain water pipes/ soil pipe (any size or pattern) including all fitting heads, shoes, bends swan -necks, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for joint free glazed coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18Sqm, in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutters with 2nd class hard wood rails and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply with commercial veneers on both faces.The size of rail or style shall be as per IS 1003 Part-I Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass guage (with sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member etc size members of shutters as specified in SSR part I Section-8 clauses 8.24(b) supplied and fited to chowkhat made out of 2nd class hard wood, 35mm thick and styles 75mm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame , three legged og cross section 90x45 mm having single rebated of 32 x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness , moulded with fore retardent grade un-saturated polyesterresin and chopped mat. door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be fitted with suitable wooden block in all over frame . the frame shall be covered with fibre glass form all sides including MS stay at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid FRP door shutter, 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic ( FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin mouled to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable block of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings , cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP panels and confirming to IS-14856-2000, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth.0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F extruded anodised aluminum alloy handle 125mm long fabricated type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair single lever basin mixer with popup waste system , Hot and Cold facilities and 450 mm long branded hoses chromium plated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and Fixing 75mm bore cast iron waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears fixed to walls including suitable clamps after every one mtr of interval with cement joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L and fixed in repair 25 mm Prelaminated particle board, interior grade,prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination,fixed with screws to timber frame work fixed with screw to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS powder coated 20 mm dia curtain rod including brackets and end knobs / fineals complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above item no. 2.51 but as in skirting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceiling & plastering to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for guniting work to RCC work in column, flooring, side walls, beam, slab, etc by removing loose concrete cover etc, cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric or wire net less than 95 X 95X 3 mm adhesive, plaster grade for concrete admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part of sand and average thickness 40 mm and making the surface even including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement including necessary form work to be carried out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plastic water closet seat cover match to EWC , closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for clamps; hold fast; bands, straps, supports or stays for galvanised plain mild steel wire including bolts, rainwater, ventilating pipe and simillar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP based modified pre- fabricated five layer 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric mat with 160 gm/Sqm black finished with compatible primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 Lit/Sqm over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over 50mm thick (average thickness) cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding and laying membrane by torch application method with side overlap of 75mm and overlap of 100mm longitudinally. At the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of 20 x 50mm shall be made at the height of 100mm and membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminous mastic joints/overlap shall be sealed with hot bitumen 85/25.
