Disconnecting of all electrical connection of old unserviceable LT panel board any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Factory fabrication, installation connection, commision and testing of LT distribution Panel board indoor type floor mounting of suitable size 2425x1150x300 mm to accomodate/fix in existing space, CPRI approved made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated internally and externally dust/weather/vermin proof, provision of ventilation, double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts , AC, 50Hz, with both side TPN bus bar gally of suitable size with aluminium bus bar of capacity 500 Amps with PVC insulated colour code sleeves, mounted on porceclain insulators, two separate compartment for powder and light, IP-54 as per IS 13947 protection complete with digital type Voltmeter, Ammeter with CTs, 02 Nos earth terminal , R-Y-B indicating lamps with toggle switches duly pre wired including locking arrangement, mounting and fixed the panel board on PCC block of size 30x20x20cm with angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed. M&L for maintenance free chemical earthing using 40mm dia 3.0 mtr long GI earthing electrode capsule complete as following:- (a) Making a hole of 150mm dia to a depth of 3.50 mtr from GL and placing the earthing electrode inside the hole. (b) Filling the back fill earth enhancing compound of superior quality electrogrip back fill compound (BFC) qty appx 50 kgs properly mixed the after all around the earthing electrode (c) Continuosly compaction of backfill compound to form a uniform mixture all around the earthing electrode (d) Construction of brick masonary earth pit of internal size 30CM x 30 CM and 30 CM deep including finishing work and fixing of CI cover as manufacturers specification complete all as specified and directed. (e) Testing for proper working. Note: the earth resistance shall be less than 2 Ohm.

S&F in repair false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exc 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, the cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm x 600 mm, Gnd of modular size 600mm x 600 mm shall be supported by 4mm dia GI wire from purlins/soffit with and including 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (Density>1200 kg/Cum) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming IS 14862 & type 'B' Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 Part 3 & BS-476 Part-4, 5,6,7 & 8 complete all as per manufacturers instruction.

S&F Soild PVC Wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F 10mm PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium/ GI/MS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care putty, not less than 2mm thick over a coat of alkli resistant cement based primer on wall surfaces and smoothening the surfaces with sand papers etc. (preparatory to OBD/plastic emulsion/interior/exterior emulsion paint as directed) and applying two coats of oil bond distemper complete all as specified and directed.
