Renovation Work for 220 kV and 132 kV Bays of 160MVA Siemens Auto Tranaformer and 25MVA Reserve Transformer at Old Switchyard

Dismantling of existing 220kV MOCB Circuit Breaker in all respect such as poles, breaker cubical box, jumper etc. with shifting of all to the store / other site as per direction of EIC (including all 3 phases)

Strengthening of foundation by fabrication of special structures for three phase. All structural materials except nuts-bolts, anchor-fastener, required stud-bolts etc. will be provided by DPL (For all three phases).

Grouting of 220kV SF6 Circuit Breaker foundation with final net cemanting (For all three phases).

Erection of 220kV SF6 Circuit Breaker (three phase complete) in all respect including erection of structures and other accessories like breaker tie rod, gas pressure switch, cubical box, central marshalling box etc. All materials except nuts-bolts will be provided by DPL.Shifting of breaker from nearest store to site is in party's scope.

Connection of control cables with supply of glands, ferules, sockets etc. from control panel to new circuit breaker and other allied work till commissioning of the same upto the complete operation of the breaker (Testing and commissioning assistance will be provided by the party).

Dismantling of 145kV SF6 Circuit Breaker in all respect such as poles, breaker cubical box, jumper etc. with shifting of all to the store / other site as per direction of EIC

Dismantling of Existing 220kV DBCR Isolator and Transportation, Installation, testing and commissioning of new 220kV Isolator on existing structure of line side/Bus side of respective bay. This job also include base plate/ structure modification, installation of earth switch (if required), mechanism box, cabling job with supply of glands, ferules, sockets etc., earthing and allied works.
