Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces or Stone wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall surfaces or Stone wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on ceiling in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using roller for painting complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by applying wall care putty averaging thickness 1mm and rubbing with sand paper for making smooth surface and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of primer through roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment by mechnical means and applying one coat of primer using roller and applying two coat of OBD using roller for painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of plastered surface of walls and applying 1mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth finishing walls and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)using roller for painting complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (Fiber, pulp, insulation, blankets) any thickness including covered fillets and supporting members.
