Supply & installation testing and commissioning of solar water heating system with flat plate collector type (Non Pressurised) with heat exchanger of 100 litre per day capacity, based on indirect transfer of heat exchanger type, the insulation fixed on outside the tank using wire mesh and vapour barrier and top of the insulation, aluminium cladding shall be provided with weather proof joints to prevent any seepage of water/water vapour, including inner tank made up of 304 SS complete all as specified and directed. Make : Recold, CAFF, V Guard Note for item No 1 & 2 (i) The OEM needs to give an warranty of at least 05 years of flat plate collector, Hot water tanks etc. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of mounting arrangements for flat plate collector, tanks etc. (iii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for annual maintenance including necessary replacement of spares, removing of scales in copper tubes of Solar Water Heater by OEM for at not less than 05 years.

Supply & Fixing, installations, testing of water heater storage vertical type of capacity 25 ltrs 5 star rating 2 KW max rated pressure of 8 bar, unique polymer coating technique, special titanium enamelled heating element, special deflector smart mixed technology alongwith grouting & fixing with suitable size of nuts & bolts fixing in the wall with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregated stone including electric & water connection complete all as specified & directed Make : Racold / Havells / Bajaj or equivalent

M&L stop valves cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20 mm complete all as specifed and as directed Make : Leader / Zoloto / GMT or equivalent

Further necessary ladder, scaffoldings for workers & other safety precautions as required are needed to be arranged by the contractor and it is deemed to be inclusive in the above quoted rates

M&L for cleaning of rotational moulded PVC water storage service tanks of cap upto 1000 Ltr on building by dewatering complete tank removing sediments settled at the bottom of tank and scraping the walls and bottom of tank and cleaning with bleaching powder solution washing with clear water complete all as directed & specified.
