Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 200 x 300 mm, 100 x 200 mm, 200 x 200 mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Washing concrete surface scrubbing with brushes including preparing and laying slurry.

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade (two or more coats).

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem, robbiacem etc. two or more coats to give an even shade.

Preparation of plywood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality fillers consisting of white lead, linseed oil, Varnish, and Chalk Mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete.

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Scraping brushing to remove paint to base metal surface.
