Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

MGPS & LMO Tank (The Lump Sum as Quoted will split as per weightage as given below) a) For 1st year (Concurrently with DLP of 12 Months) 5% of quoted amount under O&M (MGPS & LMO Tank) b) For 2nd year (After One Year Of DLP) 10% of quoted amount under O&M (MGPS & LMO Tank) c) For 3rd year (After Two Year Of DLP) 15%of quoted amount under O&M (MGPS & LMO Tank) d) For 4th year (After Three Year Of DLP) 30% of quoted amount under O&M (MGPS & LMO Tank) e) For 5th year (After Four Year Of DLP) 40% of quoted amount under O&M (MGPS & LMO Tank)

Operator shall be available at plant 24X7. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, powerand water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
