S&F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed of size 200mm long all as specified and directed.

S&F Alluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt of size 250mm length wih hasp and staple, (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed.

S&F Door closer Alluminium ( Die cast body) Hydraulically regulated designation no. 03 univarsal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed all as specified and directed.

Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor of 150mm overall length all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip & straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 of 0.80mm thick. (Height of Bldg upto 12.50mtr). Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall include the cost of scaffolding and all safety measures.

S&F in repairs MS hand rails, half round or other section for wind ties for roof including securing bolts; , drilling holes, notching all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint, including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling system using Chicago metallic (E-grid) exposed suspended system, grid size 600x600mm compressing of GI powder coated main runner of dimension 39mmx24mm x 0.8mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4mm+PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of runner 1.35 Kg for 3600mm length), cross Tee of dimension 29mm x 24mm x 0.8mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4mm+PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of Tee 0.195Kg for 600mm length) and wall angle of dimension 22.2mm x 22.2mm x 0.65mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.35mm + PPPCGS/0.30mm & weight of angle 0.700 Kg for 3050mm length) with and including 6mm thick HSPC (High Pressure Steam Cured) pre-primed, self embossed, textured designer board, water, termite & fire resistant for insulation and acoustic purpose to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins with butterfly clips (wt 0.007 Kg/clip), hold down clips (wt - 0.0035 Kg/clip), with provn of light fixture complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. Dismantling/taking down u/s parts of steel rolling shutters (self coiling types shutters i.e push pull machenicaly type with gear operating system and for repairing and overhauling of rolling shutters and greasing/oiling of members of rolling shutters. M&L for preparation of old painted iron and steel surfaces by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dense and scratches, if any and filling the same with paste filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. Note : (I) Refixing of rolling shutters duly repaired/overhauled/painted shall be included in the quoted rates of this item. (ii) Fixing of new parts of rolling shutters shall be included in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) Replacing of new parts of rolling shutters shall be paid and measured separately as supplying only under the relevent items. (iv) Makes/Size/Specifications of new parts of rolling shutters as per existing specificarion of rolling shutters. (v) Any damage or loss of rolling shutter during taking down/dismantling shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of collapsible gate of any size with oiling and greasing incl taking town the gate and fix in p8isition after repair and make it easy to operate position
