REPAIR, CLEANING AND MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE PIT AND SANITARY FITTINGS AND PLUMBING WORK AND CERTAIN B/R CONNECTED WORKS AT FORT AREA NAGPUR UNDER AGE B/R-III.

Amount

Taking of existing cover of septic tanks/soak well & cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any size/capacity by mechenical sewage sucking pumping machine and transport the sludge in to a mechanical sewage carrier tank for removing the same to a distance 10 to 15 KM from defence land and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Chage. Note :- (i) Net quantity of sludge as removed shall be measured and paid.quoted by the contractor. (ii) The excavation and earth work of pit in any type of soil is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. (ii) No extra payment shall be made for dewatering and cleaning with water which shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Net quantity of sludge as removed shall be measured and paid as quoted by the contractor.

Cleaning of blocked sewer/sewage line of any discription(SGSW/RCC/CI pipe) of 100mm/150mm/200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechenical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water from manhole to manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking off existing manhole cover & cleaning of manhole (any size/depth) by dewatering and taking out rubbish/sludge etc by mannual or by mechnical means and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 mtr distance and put into newly excavated earth and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked / chocked Nahani Trap/ floor trap/ Chocked WC including drain/ sewer/sewage line of any discription(SGSW/RCC/CI pipe) of 100mm/150mm/200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechenical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water upto first manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 above here in before but depth exc 1.5 m and n. exc 3.0 m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L loose filling with broken bricks of guage 80 to 150mm in soakage pits / soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe 150mm bore including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested including demolition of existing concrete bed and drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1 : 5 : 10 Type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sunken floor fillings and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces by using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying two coats of Brushbond-acrylic polymer modiifed cementtations water proof coating after cary out proper surface preparation including removing loose comncrete, foreign materials, cleaning of concrete surface, etc pre dampning of concrete surface, mixing all components of Brush bond using heavy duty slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle followd by application of two coats using a suitable brush as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish of the premises complete all as directed.

M&L non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or colored cement to to match complete all as directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x6 to 7mm thick, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 & not exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re- fixing in poistion including cleaning and removing all the scale and dirt, etc from tank from months of circulating pipes etc and writing the date as " Tank Cleaned on (cleaning date)" white or black thick syntetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 54 above but capacity of exc 500 & not exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, rubber finished any colour, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, with grey cement and pigment M-35 Grade etc over and including 30mm thick layer of sand filling under floor complete all as directed.

Cleaning of sludge /soil etc accumulated in existing drain and thrown away the spoil in low lying area exc 250m upto a distance of 500mall as specified and directed.
