Earth filling for Plinth & site development of necessary quantity of earth from a distance not exceeding 2kms from the site of work required for proper completion of work (CARTAGE 2 KM) as Per PWD SI NO. 253+253A

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming toIS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang saw cut), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels above 0.5sqm as per S.NO. 8 Ch-14 SOR 2022

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite stone, including machine polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-ChargeS.NO. 9 Ch-14 SOR 2022

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S class designation 150 in foundation and plinth with 1:4 cement & C. sand mortar including all material labour and t&p etc complete.SI. No. 5 Ch-6 Sp no 6.1.1

12mm thick Plaster with 1:4 Cement and fine sand mortar surface i/c cost of all material labour T&P etc S.I.No. 584A

Cement concrete work in 1:2:4 with cement coarse sand and 20mm stone grit includin all upto plinth as per PWD SI NO 279
