Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.)

Dismantling of Flexible Pavements (Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately) By Mechanical MeansBituminous course

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (CBR>30 or more) (Table:- 400-1 & Table 400-2)Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with rotavator and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification.for grading- I Material

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% by weight of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specification. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver Finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor control. for Grading-I ( 19 mm nominal size )

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 505 of specification complete in all respects. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor.

Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specifications.

Tack coat Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications.

Supplying and stacking good quality moorum at work site with all lead and royalty, all complete.

Spreading moorum/sand/ stone dust etc. in layers not exceeding 150mm in thickness, levelling to required gradient and camber, watering and consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller (Payment to be made for compacted volume of moorum/sand).

Water Bound Macadam By Mechanical Means:Grading- I (63 to 45 mm)Using Screening Type-A (13.2mm Agg.) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification.

Water Bound Macadam By Mechanical Means:Grading- II (53 mm to 22.4 mm) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
