Taking down exsitng BLDC ceiling fan transporting to local work shop and taking out the old burnt out copper winding wire from the fan of 1200/1400mm sweep and rewinding by using same gauge of copper wire insulating and varnishing, fixing new fan magnet ring rotor, new controller driver, new PCB, ball bearings/bush including cleaning, servicing, painting, testing and refixing the same at the locations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR ABOVE ALL ITEMS :- (1) Repair and maintenance intimated to the contractor or their rep at any time i.e day or night , through complaint slip or telephonically and compliant must be rectified by the contractor within 72 hrs. (2) Material required for the repair and maintenance work considered in the CA will be made available by the contractor with in 24 Hrs for rectifying the complaint . (3) If Contract fails to rectify the complaint within given time, a penalty for Rs. 100/ per day per complaint will be charged until the complaint is rectified.
