Excavating over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no.01 above but exc 1.5 not .exc 3.0 m deep and getting out insoft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (Nominal mix) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including preading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc 250 m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement labs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M25 (design Mix) grade concrete with 20mm down graded aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to flat sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams,slab, and similar work; vertical or to batter curved surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions rough finished surface of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia and necessary welding to reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.11 above but 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description width or girth exc 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes 150 dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
