Supply, install ,testing and commissioning SF6 insulated compact Outdoor type R.M.U. rated voltage 11 KV,rated current 630 A, short circuit breaking current 16 KA and making capacity 40 KA ,fully arc proof metal enclosed, free standing, floor mounting, flush fronted type consists of manually /motoroperated non draw out type SF6 module-2 Nos load break switches (Incomers) and 8 No. Vaccum circuit breaker (outgoing) with integrated relays and related CTs as specified below, cable switch module and an interlocking mechanism with the earthing switch all as specified and directed. Degree of protection shall be per manufacturer specifications.

(a) Fixed type voltage indicators and electronic short circuit indicators for simple fault indication (b) Resin cast CT with ratio 50-100/1A with 2.5VA burden class 0.5 for metering and class 5 P10 for protection-Set of three (c) Resin cast potential transformers with ratio 11KV/1.732/110V/1.732, 50VA class0.5 with HT fuses . MeatringPT shall be fixed type provided .

(d) Self powered microprocessor controlled numeric relay comprising of three over current , one earth fault protection relay with high set for both phase & earth and with fault memory, universal auxliary supply (e) Trip circuit supervision relay (f) Master trip relay (g) Power pack equipment , with back up for 15minutes including batteries complete suitable for operation of relays

(q) Push buttons for accepting faults and reset (r) Rear bottom entry of HT cables Note :- (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of all the civil work for necessary foundation all as directed by Engineer in Charge . (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of neat and clean the substation during work execution. (iii)The quoted rate is inclusive of aluminum tin shed above the angle iron frame of required size of RMU . Size of shed as per direction of Engr-In- Charge.

Dismantling of RCC pole carefully after taking shutdown properly with neat and clean yard as directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from structures carefully complete as directed by engr-in charge.

Dismantling old cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m

Dismantling any type of insulator of any size complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling stay assembly complete as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm laid in trenches/floor/duct/fixed on poles/through GI tubing in different locations / areas complete

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ), heavy duty 110/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 32 mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion.
