Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with:Nallah Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) .

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth:Nallah Without bond stone.

Dumping stone including cost of stones. in Horizontal on level with 50% Stone & 50% Earth.

Structural steel work Welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

15 mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and applying 1 mm thick white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. First class kail wood

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : First class kail wood

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work.

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS By Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking all complete.

Carriage of Sand at an average lead of 25.00kms by MT

Carriage of stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size at an average lead of 25.00 km by MT.
