The Railway reserves the right to place entire or bulk quantity orders on the firms who have successfully executed the supply of tendered/Similar item to Railways/PSUs during preceding 3 years. The participating firms to enclose Receipt Note/Inspection Certificate/CRN/CRAC to substantiate their claims along with the offer. The offers received without above documents will be rejected.

Para wise compliance of the attached specification should be furnished by the tenderer clearly indicating whether the machine offered, includes the relevant features or otherwise the deviation of any should be explained clearly in the offer duly indicating the reason and advantages of such deviation. Non- submission of Para wise compliance sheet will leads to rejection of the offer

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].
